Hi!
I am an professional with an experience of around 13+ yrs now. Even after having so much of an experience I do not think I am settling down in my carreer life.
I see the distant mountains very green and attractive and keep on striving to acheive them. I may, to some extent reach near them and they suddenly are unattractive and I tend to move further.
Lately I have been trying to move to a foreign country (to UK), but due to the bad economic conditions, I have taken very tough decisions to stay back I India. I am very conservative @ decision making, trying to be safe. Unable to take any risks. This has happened to me the second time now as I was planning to move to US in 1998. This has really demotivated me.
These things are affecting my personal life as well as I have a very disturbed mind at this stage.
My question is would I ever move to a foreign country and settle there for a good fortune in my carreer.
My Birth date is 07 March 1972, 13:32 hrs. Place of Birth - Mumbai, India. I am currently running the Rahu antardasha, in the Venus Mahadasha.

Do I see the economic downturn affecting me in my carreer anyway.
I see the economic down turn hapenning due to Jupiter going in makar rashi on 7th Dec 08, giving his full effect.
I was referring to one of the discussions which said that if in a native's horoscope, if Jupier is exalted or in his own sign, then the effect of the weak Jupiter,in the current Rashi would not make much of a difference.
Please comment, Experts.

At the outset let me Thank you very much for responding to the request. Its really appreciated. I am still a learner in this field of astrology. Dont have a proper guidance on learning the same, even though it is one of my hobbies. Try to read whatever I lay my hands on.
Yes, since I graduated, I changed many jobs, did my post graduation in between. In my 13 yrs of carreer, I have worked in 5 different companies, , with two stunts with the same company.
, with different roles, from manufacturing to sales to industrial engineering to IT consulting, thats my current profession
Yes, on that behaviour of the Mercury, you are on the dot. The mercury makes me think a lot, do a lot of day dreaming... but cannot execute it. A lot of planning goes waste with no output, or the target acheived.
I am in service and not in any business as of now. Dont know as to what is my future and in what time frame from this perpective. May be you will be able to throw some light on it.
You are perfectly right, I have worked abroad in the period of VES-SU. The start timing is almost perfect. I worked abroad from 24-Feb-06 to 07-Apr-07 and then from 23-Sep-07 to 05-Apr-08. This period has been thought provoking of having 12th ideas.
If VE-JU points at starting in '11 for career abroad, can I assume that there are no chances for me to go abroad for work in VE-RA as I did in VE-SU?
The entire '97 was horrible for me since I was almost jobless. Did get a job in Feb 97 but quit it in 3 months. March'98 ownwards I got a job, which I continued for 2 yrs and then changed it again. The next one was for 5.5 yrs. And the next, is my current job which is 3yrs old.
But the feeling is that I cannot stay in one place for more than 3 yrs.
My current job is 3 yrs old and I already feel that I should go for a change and that is why the question in the subject.

It does not seem to be working, the way you suggest.
VE-RA-JU has stated on May 30TH '09. There were 2 opportunities that came and passed by. Could not help much on it.
Can you specify if in which sub-period I can look forward in future.

I was revisiting this thread, since I remembered that you had pointed out that VEN-JUP dasha will give me opportunities abroad. I thought that I will write back on this thread.
1. I mentioned that 'I worked abroad from 24-Feb-06..' but this was VENUS-MOON dasha and not VEN-SUN dasha
2. My VEN-JUP dasha has started now, but I don't see any abroad opportunities coming..
