I am not able to send PM, instead it gets stuck in Outbox and does not go through....
Can you please help...

The message becomes "unstuck" when the recipient reads your message.
I am a student of this subject , and hence I might be wrong in my calculations. Kindly seek other opinions too , before coming to a conclusion.
