Need advice on marriage - Please show the path!!

I am going through tough time and need your advice on two things at least. Anything extra you can tell is more than welcome!!
My details
Date of birth -- 26 October 1971
Time -- 0:30 am (half past midnight)
Place -- Sherghati 24 n 34 (Latitude) and 84 e 47 (longitude)
For verification these are some of the salient features of Rashi Kundali –
Karka lagna dhanu rashi, House 1 is Ketu (in Karka -4), in 4th house (Libra), I have un, Mercury and Venus (Venus is atma karka), 5th house is Jupiter, 6this Moon, 7th is Rahu, 8th is Mars (the degree is 0 degree 47 minutes), 11th house is Retrograde Saturn.

Two questions are
1) Married life what is the fate here, it is tottering (I am in lots of pain), will it be OK or what is the future
2) Loosing job on 12-31-2012. What is the prognosis there?

Currently you are in Rahu dasha. Rahu is located in 7th house of marriage, hence the trouble in marriage, especially during antardashas of malefic planets, like the current Rahu-Mercury antardasha. During good antardashas you'd be free of troubles in marriage. Besides 7th lord is well placed in 11th house of gains and aspected by 9th lord Jupiter, so your marriage troubles will be temporary.

As for job, there are bound to be breaks in your career/job with 10th lord in 8th house of loss and 2nd lord debilitated. You'll find another job soon if you lose one.

Sun is debilitated can give troubles for both job and marriage, 4th lord Venus is own house is favorable for marriage, Moon in 6th lands you in conflicts with others, Saturn in 11th is favorable for easy gains
in life. The problems are due to Maha dasa lord Rahu. It looks challenging for marriage and status till middle of 2013.

First, please accept my humble thanks to all those who took the throuble to read and many many thanks to Sujit, Astrowonder and Sharath ji for giving their valuable time and opinion.
I am a novice at astrology and would like to ask some more on the marriage topic. Specifically first important question - Will it break? (I dont want it as of now, the pain is high but bearable, I dont know about my wife or her parents, what's on their mind). What are the sub periods etc to look for and what if any remedies to be done?

Second, I am using JHORA, the aspect table gives interesting reading (I dont know if that is correct or not). Mercury,Sun ,Venus and Saturn all have aspect on Rahu in 7th house (aspect values - 42, 41, 38 and 35 respectively). Venus has a 45 value aspect on 7th house (along with other planets). Does this color any of the prediction?

Third - In Navmansha, Both Saturn maharaj (3rd house) and Me (2nd house) are deblitatetd. The 7th lord Sun is in 11th with Ketu (in Adhimitra Sign of Jupiter). Jupiter is vargottam (in Navmansa in 10th house) and Venus is in both D1 and D9 in the 4th house both time in its own rashi (Libra and Taurus respectively). Does that chnage anything with predictions? Navmansa also shows exalted Rahu and Ketu (does that matter?)
4th point - Job, I have an interview in few days? Will that work out? (Please take the trouble to see d-10, the 10th house has Ketu and has full drishti of Mars. The 10th lord Sun is 2nd house in adhimitra)
Last point about moon being in 6th house, over time I do not have fights with people outside (as in I have become very mild). In fact over last many years I can be said as the most non confronting person, with whom people are very comfortable. However with my wife and (suprisingly for the last few months) with my 10 year old daughter lots of fight is going on. I wear Pearl.

Hi

Mars is your Chara Darakaraka(significator of spouse) and it is placed in the 8th house along with UL(this will show how successful is your marraige) along A5(children,love,bakthi,future). Placement of any planet in the 8th house would denote that some karma is pending in that direction which means that something is still not yet reaped and you are reaping it now in the form of some bad incidents in your married life.

Your 7th house lord Saturn is placed in the 11th house and in retrograde. A Malefic planet should not be retrograde which mean that something bad would occur from such planet which in your case is spouse or some relationships.

Saturn who is the lord of your 7th house is placed in Rohini Nakshtra whose lord is Moon and Moon is placed in the 6th house the house of enemity.

Right now you are under Rahu Maha dasa and here Mars is placed in the 2nd house from Rahu which he does not like. And as already informed Mars the dara karaka is placed in the 2nd house from Rahu and Mars is also conjoining UL. Hence during the dasa of Rahu which is from 2003-2021 things would not be good for you as for as marraige is concerned

Marraiage date - April 16 2000
First Kid - July 2, 2002

Her dates (not sure of exact time except born during sunrise, which was at 6:30 at that time; either IL family does not have it or does not want to give me that detail. She had Satisa puja, puja after 27 days performed for people born in bad 'Nakshatra' like Moola)

Date of birth - 2/17/1975
TOB - 6:30 AM (the lagna changes if TOB changes by 10 minutes)
Place - Lar (Latitude: 026:13:N / Longitude: 083:58:E)

Issues - My MIL is devil incarnate. She has been messing our marriage life. Me n my wf we have been living as strangers in the same house. My MIL called the police on me recently. I dont know what are they planning, or waiting for (maybe to get her a job)? Is this mrrg definately going to break or it has a chance.

To compound the problem, My job ends on 12/31/2012. Question around that too. What is the prognosis there. One of the manager is not happy (though her manager is very happy). If they go to super boss for recomendation I am fine, but I suspect this lady (my emmediate, it was a rivalry between us which she won, as I was too disctracted with my family issues). Should I search job in the same company but different department (which is easier but my emmediate is an issue, she may mar my chances) or go out and search in that case it is tough but my emmediate manager is no threat.

Mercury is malefic for your lagna (besides being debilitated in navamsa) and more so because it is in a fateful trimsamsa degree occupying the 4th house of mental peace. I can understand how it could feel overwhelming. Please keep faith in God and take out sometime to meditate daily if you can. This too shall pass.

This will probably cause more pain....perhaps even to the point of washing the linen in public. The next couple of years could be quite troublesome.

The 7th house is in a very good shubha kartari yoga - Lagna lord on one side, Yoga-karaka on the other.

It appears to me that this marriage has a better chance of not breaking than otherwise.
