wt happens when a malefic planet is debilitated ?

i have a doubt regarding placement of malefic planet in debilitated house.

for instance for scorpio ascendant venus is malefic , so wt is the effect if it occupies debilitated house (virgo) .

ie malefic planet is debilitated.

what effects it causes ? good or bad ?
