I don't know about the politics part of it. But I know that Sehwag plays much better than this and as Yellow said, Virat Kohli delivered what we expected from Sehwag.

But I'm not denying that he played well, just not the top best. And current transit supports this.

Anyway cricket is a game of uncertainties and that's where the excitement of cricket lies. So, it's not really surprising. It's usual in cricket.

I tell you what I do when I am down and out: I go for shopping..buy blazers in summers for winters (that are never here by the way!), eat exotic food and buy myself something ridiculously expensive that I have been craving for or play cricket in the hot sun with school kids and become as brown as coconut. Also, I go on a diet - I loose my appetite when I am depressed, so I take full advantage of it and lose some more weight!(For that you've to pre-plan whether you wanna have exotic food or not, by the way!) It sometimes works and sometimes it doesn't!

This period, since last one and half years is highly frustrating, causing unexpected delays and zero results despite several efforts, in whatever direction i work, if i take 10 steps forward, i am pushed back 100 steps; my mom and my son not showing any signs of recovery, and all this is just trying my patience, my all hopes lying on my jupiter period starting from january... ... i actually do not feel like doing anythings, my hobbies, friends everything else i have forgotten in my life, i just want all this to come to end soon....

That was on 6th of Oct 1982 - 21 Dec 1984 - Saturn's last transit into Libra. Many of our LOVA members may not have been born then.

I was in school. Let me see how it was - quite good, not bad. I was still far away from Rahu Mahadasha. It was good.

I was good in education. Financial comforts were there. My father was rising in his career. We lived a comfortable life. No major problems in life.

I think Saturn's Libra transit was really good for me in 1982-1984 or so.

Perhaps some older members can say how it was for them.

Yes, Leo Lagna people are running not a good transit with Saturn exalted in 3rd. It means extra struggle for them, alongwith unnecessary tensions, obsatcles in all plans etc. Saturn-Mars conjunction could have caused accidents for some.

Now, with Mars moving to Scorpio, things will improve for you, especially because your Lagna is protected by Jupiter's aspect. But struggles may continue, especially because Rahu-Saturn in Libra will reinforce your Rahu Mahadasha.

Do the remedies I had suggested earlier.

Get a priest to recite Durga Saptashati this Durga Puja.

I have located a priest who recites Durga Saptshati regularly. Though in hindi and that too one chapter a day, unlike the Sanskrit version in one go prescribed.

Also it will not be possible for me to ask him to come home and recite, keeping in mind the expenses involved and not so codial atmoshphere.

As second best, should i ask him to recite it in my name or is there a alternative way e.g. playing a recording of the same and concentrating on it?

Kindly advise. Till now i am reciting hanuman chalisa and i really feel some kind of divine grace protecting me all the time.
i really consider myself better off and fortunate despite my problems, because there are so many million poor souls, who are not getting even what i already have!.

Looking from the perspective of planetary period, you were running Saturn-Venus period then. Venus is the 3rd lord in your chart of younger sibling, so your sister being born in that period makes sense. Venus is also the 10th lord in your chart, and 10th house being another house for father (the other house being 9th house), something significant in your father's life, a promotion in office it was, shows.

One more interesting thing that I would like to point out is in D-3 chart, the house of sibling and in D-12 chart, the house of parents, Venus the sub-period lord is in their respective lagnas indicating something significant in connection with those charts, which came true.

Coming to transit of Saturn, Saturn moved to Libra at the end of 1982, so if something significant happened after that can be checked in your chart.

You are passing through Rahu return now. I passed through it some years back, and believe me, it was a horrible phase for me, too, though for me it was half-Rahu return. It was the same for another person I know. And then, you heard from Neelkumar, how it was difficult for him, the Rahu return. That's why I said what I said about Rahu return or half-Rahu return being bad. I think once Rahu leaves your natal Rahu, and Jupiter sub-period starts, things will get better for you.

No, Hindi recital is no use. You may as well read the Hindi text yourself. No need to engage a priest for this.

It's the original Sanskrit text that's the powerful one. You need to find a priest who is well-versed in Sanskrit and who knows how to do this recital. Usually, priests from Mithila, Bengal, and Kumaon-Garhwal region know this puja well. Also those trained at Varanasi or Allahabad. Some priests from Andhra Pradesh may also know it, as they have the famous Kanaka Durga temple there, where this puja is performed daily. My experience is that priests in Delhi are not very good with Sanskrit, unless they have migrated from other regions to Delhi.

One chapter a day is really the wrong way to recite this text. Don't get it done by him.

You can locate a Durga temple and ask the priest if he knows Sanskrit and the proper way to do it. You can get it done in the temple itself. He doesn't have to do it in your house. But you have to sit there in the temple during the Puja.

yellow is a Bengali here. Perhaps he can help you find a priest.
