I m beginner just take expert opinion too,here is my analysis-
As per the given data,Ur husband has taurus asc n Rashi scorp,the 5 th house Lord is Mer which is in his 4 th house with venus who is L 6, here the mercury is 12 th from 5 th which is loss of 5 th(negative) next moon is in ra-ke axis n 5 th from moon lord is jupiter who is again in 12 th house ,Shani is yog karka in taurus asc n lord of 9th which is in 3rd house .
In D9 Lord of 5th is Ven who is again 12 th from 5th,Ju is fine here .In D7 also Lord of 5th again 12th from it.

Coming to ur chart-Lord of 5th is Mars which is in 10 th house with saturn,Ju position fine here aspecting 5th house.Moon is again on Ra-ke axis,In navmansha also L5 is in asc,n ju aspect on 5th house makes things positive,In D7 lord of 5 is Sun on Ra ke axis n ju is debilitated here.

Still i feel Ju aspects will make things positive n More accurate on planning time i m not sure u r running under Ketu venus period n He is under ketu sat period after Oct 12 for him it is mer antardasha which seems positive.
