Feels Like i am stuck in a rutt

Hi

I was refereed to this site by one of my very dear friend. I wanted to clarify few things related to my carrier, I have been waiting for something to happen since last one year. At some stage it feels like i am on a runway and had my engine idling in anticipation and i have been waiting for clearance for Take-Off. I have been getting mixed messages "go"one moment "wait " the next moment. I have been beginning to wonder if i will ever make the progress i so sorely crave.
My date of birth is 07/06/1979 and time is 10:10PM and place of birth is UNA ( Himachal Pradesh).
I will really appreciate some feedback.
