Anuradha ji,
Moon is moody and emotional so clearly depicting in'' Aimless''. Actually if Moon is the Ak the person usually is brilliant and try to adapt in any situation.regards
okk , now i got it :)

but why cant rahu/mr head be an AK , its a shadow planet , that s why ?
i read somewhere that some ppl subtract rahu's degree from 30 and accordingly if it comes to be the highest then they take rahu as AK .

hi aimless
i would give it a try ,if u have same lagan in rashi chart and navamsha then it becomes vargotaam for example aries lagan in rashi chart and aries lagan in navmsha and if one planet is in the same rashi in both lagan chart and navamsha it becomes vargotam planet ,i hope i made myself clear

Aim:

It is simple, just see the position of lagna in both charts and position of planets as well. Those which are at identical places in both charts are vargottam
For eg if both lagnas are capricorn then lagna is vargottam and so on

Dear Deeps,

I agree that if mind is strong enough to deal with every situations then no one can stop from getting success.

And this is something is written in all the management books, (not only from astrological perspective).....to get success it is not only important to have a good IQ but equally good EQ. The higher the EQ quotient, the success rates becomes higher, no matter what your IQ is.

I myself am an example of it, Might be having a high IQ, but my EQ is almost zero and the reason of my failure.

We all come across different situations in life, how we deal with it....that takes us towards our success or failure...Someone might have dealt with that situation differently and he did not fail, I being emotional thought differently and ended up achieving nothing ....thats how it is.
I am letting go of the thoughts that do not make me strong.

The terms that prayer/remedy has to be with "Sincerity", "Bottom of Heart", blah blah are the things which are used as excuse when our prayers dont work, same is the case with remedies.

Point of doing these "rituals" is to

(1) Focus ourselves with the tast at hand
(2) Direct our wholeself in making out our plea to god.

But we forget, God who is omnipresent, all knowing is already aware of our situation. He is the one who put us there in the fist place. So he has a purpose. To teach us something.

Once we realise that, then out suffering will be over and his purpose served. So giving ourleves some time, pondering over our situation with an outside view. Keep your emotions out. Keep yourself out. See as a third, un attached person. In my view it may help. But difficult to do.

Above excercise is same as a prayer or a pooja, havan etc. The whole point is to look inside.

Since our great rishis were aware that a lay person is not well equiped to do meditation on the go..... so they prescribed a certain way of life, aacharan and asked us to take a guru, do poojas etc.

Their intention was not to make us orthodox, blindly follow rituals, but to ignite the spark that will lead us to look inside.

I have found that, first love n respect yourself. Be truthful. Give time to yourself. Few minutes should be engough. Once you have taken care of yourself, then you can take on the world.

Just observed something which looks interesting to me!!

Mine chart is similar to akansha2807! Only difference is Moon is in 6th and there it is in 8th house!

Although DoB is 3 days apart and location is 700KM!!!

Wonder will we have similar experences or not. all planets are same house, signs!.

But i have obsered difference in Dasha. Probably i will never experence KET or Venus dasha as they will start in 2065, when i will be 90 years old. Funny

Hi Jolli,

This is interesting. Which dasha are you running? I would love to share my experiences with you, as it will help me to analyze the charts.

Jolli,

I checked your chart...well yours is a different chart, reason being mer & sat in 11th house.Mine is in 12th and cause of most of my problems. I am happy that you do not have same placement of saturn and mer as mine.
Secondly, you had been through Mars Mahadasha which I always wished i have in my lifetime....
You are running Rahu mahadasha currently, how is it so far?

And divisional charts are also different.

But it will be good case study or most of the researchers here.....

Hi akansha

I noticed too regarding the Saturn n Merc

however as my asc is low on degree, oo 22' it is source of irritation to me. Although, as far as things look, it is correct one.

So if you notice degrees of Saturn and Jupitor, both are zero and few mins. Hence both of them are in Rashi Sandhi. I dont know much further than this. I do not know if its good or bad. Have been trying to look for answers. Posted querries too, but so far no luck. Waiting.

In some other softwares or web sites, they show Saturn in my 12th House. Regarding the presence of Sun n Satrun in same house i m not sure what to expect apart from troubles. But what ever troubles i had, its difficult to pin point the same on Saturn. But may be experts can tell. Satrun is owner of my moon sign. Hence to me it seems he should be benefic.

Look at the irony. Sun is Lagn Lord and Satrun is Rashi Lord. Both father n Sun duo are out to get me in this lifetime, it looks like.

I will send you detailed account of my life. In general it has been up n down kind of. not much success in money or marrige matters. no job since dec 2011. In fact things looks like they will fell apart.

But I read on barbarapijan, that Saturn being owner of 7th house will not let that happen. So its like I am stucked in a relationship and cannot get out even if i want to. paying karma looks like. any specific questions/area of life please revert. will write a detailed account.

Hi Jolli,

This is exactly the same in my case ....

Things are worst on job front since dec2011 in my case too, but i am hopeful once rahu moves out of scorpio things will be better.

Saturn will not let it happen but, Venus will let it happen...
But i do not know astrology, so I cant comment. Let the experts advice...
Deeps ji, Yellow ji and Dev ji, Anuradha ji they would rather tell better, i can only tell my past life events....

Aimless,
yes, as i have mentioned in my earlier rahu feedback posts, i worked in a pvt ltd (way below what i had expected) for 1.5 yrs approx. then i tried doing a business but could not run it more than a year .
well, i was very career oriented and highly ambitious , but not anymore. i have made peace with the fact that i will never get a job, i am not being negative here, just i have accepted this fact. i dnt know if business will happen. only time can tell.
You worked for 1.5 years in a job, and you did business for 1 year. So you had a career for 2.5 years, and you are 26 now, so if you have completed your studies at 22 or 24, then you have worked all the time. I can't see how and when you were unemployed?!
yes i am all of this, in one of my posts to Deeps ji, i had compared my swa grahi mars (vrischik) in the 7th house , with Hitler's swa grahi mars (aries) in the 7th house  now i wud like to believe that i am not so bad bcoz if i get angry i stop talking to that person and can be very cold towards him/her , but i remove that anger on myself ! i am a disciplinary n strict but again mostly i use these rules more so with my own self ... else i have a live and let live attitude towards others...yes i am very sensitive , i can cry a the drop of a hat, which others find unnessesary but i am learning to channelise my energies in the right way now ...earlier i was very impulsive , but i will not call my self brash , maybe moon gives me finesse and elegance in some ways ...hehe...infact i admire ppl with sophistication and etiquettes , lots of grace and mannerism, and i also try emuulating the same :)
Well, that's nice to know that there is not the negative energy of Mars in you. About being graceful and charming and elegant, well, that makes sense with Moon in your ascendant as Moon signifies all that. I was actually not sure how much effect Moon have had on you as it is aspected by Mars and Saturn, but it seems like from what you have said, that it has had a full effect on you. Being emotional and sensitive is also a sign of being influenced by Moon.
i love myself when i am confident (bt then who doesnt like it ?? ) but cant relate with my "lesser confidence self" (which i am stuck with since two three yrs now )
Mars gives confidence to people, so that shows the strong influence of Mars in your chart.

By the way yellow has been my most favourite color. My mother used to do excellent drawing and she used to ask me for colour I always used to select yellow and she used to tell me you always select the insolvent color.
That's true, Dev, everyone has their own style of writing. My favourite colour is also yellow. Nice to know that it's your favourite colour as well.

I am not really sure why some remedies work for some people and not for others..I am not even going to pretend to understand Vidatha's plan....until then we try to keep our hopes up that maybe in the grand scheme of things, in our final analysis it will all make sense one day.
I am well aware that our lives are so fragile that when Yamaraj comes knocking at our door, without a moments hesitation he can take us all away..But, I also don't want to spend my waking days living in that fear..I am sorry, probably not the answer u were looking for!

Dear Lilly,

I perfectly understand what you say. I am an eternal optimist, and I think it is good to be hopeful always: as hope is the other name of life. I have faith in God, too, even though I know destiny is predestined. Coming to understanding God's plan, why you, no one can be sure what it is. We can only speculate on it. And we discuss on it because it gives us solace. That's the intention behind these discussions.

Dear Lilly,

A very wonderful post by you. I agree with you on this completely that God is as near and dear to us as a mother is to her child. If anyone understands us well, it's our mothers and God. No one can understand us as well, I feel. I agree with you, that a sincere prayer from the heart will touch God as much as all the rituals will do.
lilly2005 wrote:Dear Yellow,

A mother can instinctively distinguish from her baby's cry( the only form of communication) what the baby is trying to tell her..It's a pretty clear signal between the mother and infant that outsiders may not get..And when "hungry mouth needs nourishment", she must stop everything to attend him...The infant, as demanding as he can be is still the apple of her eyes..While Amma also tends to the needs for her mature and more intelligent children, her heart is still most connected to her needy infant. God gave mothers such extra ordinary abilities to become so selfless towards their creation... and similarly he also carries the same attributes the parent that he is to all of us children... Is it any wonder Bhole Nath who is known to love all his children, attends to his weak, helpless and innocent ones first, while the others wait in long lines! I am guessing a simple prayer when performed with full sincerity and from the bottom of our hearts probably reach and touch him much just as much as all the heavy duty elaborate puja's, hard to pronounce mantra's, yagya's and diamond in-crusted rings that end up costing thousands of $$$.

Hi Akansha

Hoping some gurus to turn benevolent eye on us and help disect the chart.
have sent you a detailed PM. ....

One thing i have observed is that, I never went away from my birth place which is being considered as significant feature of Rahu Dasha.

Many things which normally happen in Rahu did not happened. I was able to clross most of the ADs considering what ever problems i was facing as part of life.

It is only when Rahu- Sun and thereafter Moon and now Mars AD are going on....i have laid down arms and stoped fighting. I guess I am done. Now let life take me whereever.....

But i am not going any where.......

Deeps,
Many thanks again for helping me and sacrificing your time for me..

Yes, I feel it matches..My growth started after my Saturn MD has started.

Believe me, I was carrying PCs to homes and do maintenance and also support small networks for a small company after graduating BE due to financial problems and I was paid 3000 ruppes per month b/w 2004 to 2005 while my friends were working in IT industries earning 15 to 20k....Today I am in a far better position than them and even I could not believe my growth...

As you mentioned
Further, you are running 10th and 11th Lord periods at the right time.
..which is what I feel lucky..

When Saturn MD started, things changed drastically..So, I got too much confused on why it should turn good for me and single handedly, I have done so much, if you read my Saturn experience post completely then you will realise it but that also caused me too much of stress and problems to my health..

I got to know about topocentric position from SK ji and I would like to give my events to you so that you can check if it matches...Below are the Periods using topocentric

My friends see its an amazing growth and I am afraid sometimes.
You see becos the situation I was in 2005 and today, there is a vastest difference financially..
After reading some article on Saturn/venus where it was mentioned it will make a king pauper, I got bit scared but then so many learned members told me it will be good and take care of ur health during this period.
Now, I am confused what will be next in my life...I want to accumulate more, more and more wealth...Becos I take Rajnikanth as an example :) becos he was a bus conductor once and today you know his status :)..
Since I dont see I will be able to do just by workingin a company, I thought of buying a lottery :( thinking 8th lord in 11th and saturn/venus parivarana will click it :)..

Yellow ji,

2007
finished my studies in april 2007 (i did CFA (like CA its an off campus self study course) alongside my degree college so i cud finish my degree and became a CFA side by side ), tried for a job in 2007 bt didnt get anything for a yr ,so continued studying for the rest of the year (MS finance) ...

got a pvt ltd job in aug 2008, bt soon fell ill for two months or so (hospitalised for five days) then resumed work , left this job in end of 2009 .

was at home for four moths during whch i thought of starting something of my own.

started my own thing in feb 2010 which i dragged till end of 2010, since i didnt see much work coming my way , i enrolled in a fashion designing course in july 2010 bt continued working side by side...
finished this course by april/may 2011... still saw no growth in bussiness so had to close it by june end 2011 as i was incurring losses...

we are in aug 2012 .
i am still very much at home, left with no option but to keep studying soemthing or the other..so i am doing a graphic desginning course and trying to understand astrology in my free time.

it sounds like compairing but i have friends who have had constant job and still continue to hold them, from 2007 , which is four to five yrs of constant work ex.

so yellowji u can see urself see the no of months i have worked for and the quality as well.
in my earlier posts i gave an aprroximation instead of the month/year detail.
