My question is very critical in terms of my job & career, I will appreciate if senior astrologers here can
predict what could be on upcoming in very near future for me having above details.
I am facing quite of instability in my current job these days and it is anticipated that major structural changes by end of this year will bring many redundancies, my fear is, if I will be one of them!
Since last 2-3 months or so, I have also started searching for other jobs but so far no luck as yet and
neither progressing anywhere.
My questions are, will I be able to survive at my current job provided that restructuring happens by
Dec-2012 or by latest in Mar-2013? Also, will there be any luck in finding other job?
& What's better? sticking to current job & wait? or move away as quickly as I can?

You seems to have the problem with your immediate boss from first week of April. You will survive in your current job though with a doubt in your mind. Do Hanumanchalisa daily. 10L in 11H and 11L in 10H . LL[ Moon] is also in 10H under the aspect of Jupiter[9L, 6L] will always save you at the last moment. regards

I don't think that's the case as I do not have any issue with my immediate manager since last 5 years or so.
The problem here is with the company itself and as we may see a mass redundancies in near future.
I may/may not be in that. I take your words as I could well be survived at last moments. However, will it
be a good idea to stick to it & wait OR carry on hunting for another job and I will succeed in that. My question
is reg overall career future in next 1-2 years or so.

Your karma lord Ma is well placed in the house of income but is weak due to infancy. Ve, the lord of assets and comforts is conjunct H10 but is debilated in navamsha, which adds to the weakness of the H10. You are running the dasha of Ra, which closely aspects Sa in H11 which also the lord of H8, This creates a strong potential for obstructions and concerns to sources of income during this dasha. The period of Ra/Ra will end in Mar 2014. Take care during this time. Avoid conflicts and manage your relations well, especially when the transit influences are bad. There is a potential for fall from position so make your choices well. You should access the option in had and make an informed decision that makes most sense.
You can try wearing red corral in a ring and also regularly perform remedies for Ra, Ke, Ju and Sa. This should help you in careen matters and soften the ill impacts.
