Actually I have twin sisters. They both born on 10th september, 1984. The time is 10 pm and the second one is 10:23pm. The younger sister who born on 10:23pm got married in july 2011. She is happily married. I am very tensed about my elder sister. She was weak from childhood means she behaves like a kid she is not much matured. She was weak in studies. so she studied upto 8th standard. The problem is that she understand everything but she is not matured and have a childish behaviour so I am worried about her marriage and what will happen after....

Tarun, I am stumped. The Navamsha Lagnas are different no doubt, but to be honest, I am not sure which Navamsha chart between the two is better. However, I dont see denial in the 22:00 Navamsha Chart, In fact, I feel that the Parashari Trimsamsa chart of the 22:00 birth time is better than the chart of the 22:'23 birth time.

Your elder sister has the same planets as she has and also had Mercury/Ketu/Venus period between August 2011 to october 2011 but we know no 2 destinies are same.
So, I am giving likely times-
between 19th May to 21 december 2012
or
13-mar 2015 to 13 may 2015.

Classical example of Trimamsa usage for Stree Jataka. Both have deb 5th house in Rasi. But only the 10 PM one has nodal +Sat influence on 5th house of intellect in Trimamsa. All shubh-ashubha of woman has to be taken from D30.
If you get Rahu-Ketu Shanti + Shani Japas done, then Exalted Venus aspecting 5th trimamsa will help remedial measures. Exactly how and when to do, you must consult a knowledgable priest.
My Settings SSS, Savana year settings(360 days/year), 7 charakaraka scheme.
