I lost my software job ( Laid off ) in Dec , 2007. Not settled till now . Lost money in shares trading. stopped that now .

Dr. Neeraj suggested me to study astrology and make it as profession. But I started astrology study recently and it may take minimun 5 years to make it as a profession. But I cannot wait till that time.

My entire concern is career. where do I fit now ? Dr. Neeraj also suggested partner ship business is ok to me. When will be my good time start ? Will Saturn and Mars transit to Libra help me ?

Can you please analyze the exact situation of Saturn in my chart.
Saturn being 6th and 7th lord is placed in 4th house with Ketu. Saturn is also involved in exchange of house with Mars(Saturn in Scorpion and Mars in Aquarious(7th house)).

Please let me know what can I do pacify the -ve effects of saturn if at all I start facing them.

hello all, wanted to share my experience of Sa-Ma transit.
I am aquarius lagna, scorpio rashi, ve-ve-ve dasha (since Feb 2012); so exalted Sa is 9th to my lagna & 12th to my moon/rashi.
Got into fighting-arguments with hub from 10 Aug, no income so no new savings, rearranging & decorating the house, eating sweets, I noticed I have become more demanding for my needs, less interested in prayers/remedies (not sure if it is Sa transit or my yogkarak Ve dasha which is now starting to give effect). But till now, no increase in work/responsibilities, taking everything easy. Last 2.5 months were all rosy pink when Sa was in Virgo. My struggle for sade-sati is probably yet to start... Worried about Sa+Ma transit in Libra & Ve debilitation phases.
My hub has Libra lagna & Capricorn rashi, Ju-Ve-Sa dasha, he is struggling at work & in starting his own business, I see him facing some effect of Sade-sati.
We had severe fights during Sa transit to Libra in Nov 2011 and had very tough time from Oct 2011 end to mid March 2012.
Anyone would like to comment on my sade-sati experience?

In your husband's case, this could be more because of Ve-Sa combination within Jupiter Mahadasha, combined with Scorpio Rahu aspected by Virgo Saturn all this while.

He is nowhere near Sadhe Sati and his Libra Saturn transit should be good. He will do well from October onwards and will rise from January 27th next year.

Watch his Mars-Saturn transit in Libra till Sept end and report about it.

In your case, Libra Saturn should be good, but it seems to give more effect of your Rashi Chart (Moon Sign), where Libra Saturn is 12th, aspecting 2nd house of family and wealth and 9th house of Bhagya adversely.

Saturn's aspect on 9h in Rashi Chart may have made you less religious, but you need to observe this more and report about it.

Few days back, I gave detail about my experience in another thread. Nothing much to report since then, except that for the last 2 weeks things appeared to be little positive with some movement but with no result as yet. Since today with Mars moving with Saturn, started feeling quite low. I hope it doesn't stay that way for long. Sanidhavi had predicted positive growth from October beginning.

One thing I noticed was for last six month, somehow whatever positive happened to me was always on Tuesday. And so I thought may be this Sa/Mars might do some good on my chart.

Does it look any better or worse in near future? Some more input/insight is really appreciated. Thanks.

Thank you so much for checking my chart. I feel, too, that Saturn is giving more effect from my Moon chart than from my lagna chart. No, I don't have any problem related to head--not even headache. It's just that I am feeling tremendous stress and to express it, I wrote, it's like Saturn is sitting on my head (as all the stress originates there). But then, this month is going to be stressful I knew that from before because there are reasons for it. Will see how things go next month onwards and will give an update after that. Thank you for telling me the remedies.

Some unusual development also took place in July-August. I got a research related consultancy work agreement for one year and a cheque for July month. I just had to write one page report that’s all. Frankly I never tried seriously for this since I thought when every thing is falling apart so any new opportunity is hard to come by. All this landed up unexpectedly on 14th August.

Mars in Leo and Virgo was good for Libra Lagna, as it aspected its own house first in 2nd from Leo and then in 7th from Virgo. Its aspect on 2nd also controlled Rahu to some extent. That's why Tuesdays have been good for Libra Lagna people, especilly if Mars is not malefic in Lagna chart.

But Mars-Saturn in Libra Lagna may not be good. Observe and report.

Be cautious about health and while travelling, driving, or crossing roads, carrying weight etc.

Yes My pratyantar dasha changed four days back from Venus to Sun. Sun-Mercury in lagna chart in 7th and Sun-Mercury in 8th house again in Virgo in Navmansa. Mercury is exalted in 8th in Navmansa. But It is quite intriguing nothing happened during Mercury pratyantar dasha despite being exalted in Navmansa. Anyway frankly I always wished to have astrological advice from you and Saindhavi at some point of time and still waiting for Saindhavi's response. Thanks for the time and response.

Connection wise I can only see Jupiter 9th aspects on Sun and Mercury in lagna chart and in transit Jupiter from Taurus aspects 8th house Virgo where Venus is placed. Mercury is 8L. There is no nakshatra connection between them.

Kindly see Saturn in Virgo and Jupiter in Taurus has activated your 8H and Venus[ Yogakarka] few days back. In your chart Sun is in the Nk of Venus and Venus is in the Nk of Sun. On 10-08-2012 your dasha was Jupiter-Rahu-Sun which should be read as Jupiter -Rahu -Venus, due to the Nk exchange. This Nk exchange is also like a rajyoga because 7L[Sun] and 9L[ Venus] is involved, and you got this offer.7H is 10th from 10H. Now Jupitrer's role is quite clear , first due to Dasha and second due to the aspect on the anter[Rahu] and pratanter[Sun] Dasha lord. Saturn's Dasha will be good because of the conjunction of Jupiter[2L and 11L] and aspect of 10L[Mars] in D-1 and Saturn is aspecting the 10H in D-9. Saturn is also in retrograde motion going towards the 10H of D-1 , 7H of D-9, and in V.R.Y in D-10. regards

As for the effects of 2 conjoining Mahadashas overlapping, I am a person who crossed over from Rahu to Jupiter Mahadasha and I can tell you that no such thing happens.

Of course, the effect of the coming Mahadasha takes time depending upon the strength and position of the planet ruling that Mahadasha - if the planet is strong, one can feel the Mahadasha almost immediately. Otherwise, one will take time to feel the Mahadasha.

For a chart like yours with more planets in Kendra, it makes sense to see the regular Moon Vinshottari in combination with Lagna Mahadasha.

Taking Lagna + Krittika default in J-Hora, you are running Mercury-Rahu till 17th January 2014.

In this, Rahu-Sun conjunction in 7th and combust Mercury also in 7th will create problems for you.

Apart from the remedies I suggested, recite Gayatri Mantra 108 times and offer water to the rising Sun.

Mercury-Jupiter in Lagna + Krittika default, or Saturn - Saturn after Jupiter-Rahu in Moon Vinshottari should be much better than any period of Rahu for you.

However, as I said in the other thread and as some others also said, Lagna + Krittika default Mahadasha doesn't seem to match with the events of one's life.

Whether this Mahadasha matches with your life, only you can say.

Personally, I have seen that Lagna + Lagna Nakshattara Mahadasha matches much better with the life events of the person - in my own case and in some few cases I have studied.

In your case, Lagna + Lagna Nakshatra again gives Jupiter-Rahu running now, going to end on 14th October 2013.

Thus in all 3 Mahadasha settings, you are running Rahu Antardasha, with different ending dates.

You can see when your Rahu Antardasha seems to end - around 5th of November 2012, around 17th Jan 2014 or around 14th October 2013. Accordingly, you will know which Mahadasha setting works best on you.

It will help if you come back after 5th of Nov this year and report about this.

PS - Rahu periods do give sudden financial gains, though in the long run these gains don't last, nor do they have value. But Rahu is a materialistic planet and hence, gives materialistic gains. So, your unexpected cheque may be linked to Rahu Antardasha.
