Dear Members,
I'm posting details of a Govt Employee, a high school teacher. The person has been identified for inter school transfer. She's left with only 3.5 yrs for retirement. It would be really difficult for here to take the transfer and travel for 14 - 20 kms to village at the age of 56 with diabetes, BP and knee problems.

The person is currently running Rahu MD, with Sa AD. Sa who is 10th lord is placed in 8th house and is retro. The issue with transfer started as soon as Sa AD started. Ju is placed in 6th house and gives 5th aspect to 10th house. The person is really honest and noble and it makes me very sad that she has to undergo the pain of travelling in govt bus to villages at this point of age with so many difficulties. We are trying our best to avert this transfer by providing medical certificate and so on. Please somebody give some information if this transfer is going to happen and if any difficulties with respect to her remaining years of service. There is little support from Ju but I'm just not able to make out if this transfer will happen or not. Ju in transit is giving 9th aspect to 10th house. Please advice if any remedies can avert this transfer.

A person should not be too honest. Straight trees are cut first and honest people are screwed first.

Anuradha, Thanks for your interest. Transfer order hasn't come yet. Currently the people who will be transferred have been identified. These people have to undergo counselling to choose the transfer destination, they will be given 3/4 choices which will be schools in nearby/far-off villages. what ever the options be it will be difficult to get on with as her health is not sound. Most probably it will be nearby villages that will require daily commutation. My mother has produced medical certificate so that before counselling begins her name can be taken off. If nothing works out the only option left will be to take VRS (voluntary retirement from service)

Overall her time till end of 2013 will be challenging for job, transfers, health and finances. Things would go against her later this year and would not get help from govt dept's. There are chances job would come to an end by close of 2012.
There is only a small window during September where things are favorable. If you wish try your initiative next month.

Yes indeed things are going to be real tough for her. She has to get this transfer thing sorted out first. We were thinking to get my mum n dad here in UK for couple of months starting from Nov 2012. so my mum after this transfer, has to get approval for long leave and she'l be on loss of pay for the days she'l be here in UK. Getting the leave approval will not be an easy task.
I'l surely keep you posted. We'l have a clear picture about the transfer by 3rd week of this month. Let's see how it goes.
