Pl throw some light on this native's chart whose rahu md is starting on jan 2013. The boy is having capricorn as lagna and rahu in 3rd house details are gender-male,dob:31july2006,tob-19:20pm,pob-ghaziabad. Pl tell 1. what kind of changes in life he will face at such a young age??

5th house is for all intellectual and creative activities - progeny, education, romance, spiritual inclination (alongwith 9th) and good fortune on account of merits gained from past birth's good deeds.

Your 5th should have been good if only Sun didn't aspect a powerful Rahu there.

I don't think software will be benefic for you because Rahu is disturbed.

But computer hardware business may be good for you because of exalted Saturn in 10th. Saturn is your Lagna Lord as well as ruler of 2nd house of wealth.

Because of exalted 11th ruler in Lagna, anything to do with energy or medicine may also be good for you.

You can deal in Ayurvedic herbal products in India and abroad and also with machines involved in energy generation.

Saturn also rules social service. So, running an NGO dealing with environment and energy issues will also be benefic. You can collaborate with international organisations in this field. Of course, you may have to get a degree in energy studies or energy management in order to establish yourself in this direction.

His Rahu is not bad. Rahu Mahadasha should not be too bad, but there are other problems in his chart.

Sun and Saturn are placed together in 7th, creating problems in the 7th house. Saturn is combust. Saturn is Lagna Lord as well as ruler of 2nd house.

Mars is strong in 8th, which is not good for his health. This gives strength to the problems created by combust Saturn in 7th. Mars also makes him a Mangalik.

Ketu is malefic in 9th, the house of Bhagya.

Because of all this, he may face problems in health, education, marriage and career later in life regardless of Mahadasha running. Health problems are of special concern. Ketu afflicts Moon i.e., Mother's health and Sun-Saturn conflict affects Father.

Remedies -

All should be done in his name -

Light a til oil diya facing West daily.

Offer sindur (vermillion) to Lord Hanuman on Tuesdays.

Recite daily - Any hymn for Ganesha, offering red flowers to Ganesha, Hanuman Chalisa followed by Rama Raksha Stotra, Gayatri Mantra 51 times.

Pray to family devata and gram devata as appropriate.

Fast on Sundays. Vegetarian food may be eaten, but salt should be avoided in this fast. Water should be offered to the rising Sun over a Tulsi Plant.

When he grows up, he should do these himself. He can learn and recite Hanuman Chalisa now.
