I am basically an Electrical Engineer(Power engineering).

Mars[10L, Fire]] in 5H[air] and Saturn[LL,air] in 11H aspecting each other and Mercury[5L] is closely conjunct with 7L Sun[Rajyoga] aspected by 6L Moon. Moon and Mercury are under the Nk exchange making it a perfect SHankha Yoga since in Kendra from each other. This Yoga has made you interested to do MS. As far as career is concerned MS would be the good option.

Going abroad for studies or for career will be good and that can materialize in 2017 . However as far as profesasinal growth is concerned it will always be remain in doldrums

As far as money is concerned you had to work hard to generate money as money would not come easily

Regarding health you should avoid eating out , eat balanced diet , do exercise and yoga to stay fit.

You may have immunity problems , sleeping disorder , you should take care of your liver and pancreas as well

Regarding opening orphanage or helping orphan child will be welcome step

You should do following remedies :

Offer water to shivling in Monday

Agora - With respect to your message, I see that many good astrologers have already responded here...

But since you asked specifically, I am writing here.

Note that I use Bhavas, where houses are delineated based on longitudes, and a house is not a same as
a Rashi - this will cause you confusion, as this is different than what others have said..but
nonetheless, here goes!

I will divide your query into two parts - Education and Career.

1. HIGHER EDUCATION.

Your 5Bhava lord is Moon, placed in 9B - clearly indicating potential for higher education. Moon
is also aspected by Jupiter, Venus, SUN and Merc - this is a very strong potential for
higher education.

The question is whether this higher education is in India, or abroad.

Moon is placed in Scorpio - lord of travel and lord of a watery rasi in a watery rasi is a very good
placement for travel abroad...yet.

You can look at embedded kind of roles, which is closer to your field of interest. As your goal is only short term of about a year, this would work out well, right? Beyond the next 12-18 months, you'd anyway be planning for a higher education.

I just used embedded in a very generic sense - pl go ahead and choose what you like. Something like Power electronics is heavily embedded too. Its also a fact that given your current experience, choices will be limited to begin with.

Higher education is a distinct possibility - it could be MS, or a management degree. Yes, best to evaluate next year.
