dear all
please go through my birth chart, my seventh house lord is saturn in the third house. going through a tough time now. would appreciate it if any one could analyse it. especially bout a relationship that has been damaged badly since february end. its not over but we dont call or talk now. either of us has called it over till now. just want to know if there is any hope. recovering from a few surgeries now so no job as well. would like some info in health and career area as well.

It's not always true.

The whole chart has to be seen. position of 7th lord and the Navansha also matter. Other planets aspecting or placed in 7th house also have to be considered.

I have noticed that usually in marriage matters, 2nd house plays an equally important role, sometimes more important role than the 7th house. Hence, 2nd house situation also has to be seen.

Some would regard even 4th house as important in marriage matters.

Besides, both the couple's charts and Navansha have to be studied.

In general, Saturn in Taurus (if not in Rohini Nakshatra), Gemini, Virgo, Libra, Capricorn, Aquarius in 7th house shouldn't be the cause behind marriage problems.

If such natives develop marriage problems, it's usually because of other reasons, not because of Saturn.

However, Saturn in 7th in above mentioned signs may cause problems to the native in other areas of life.

Dear Srialoke,

Saturn in the 7th does not mean that divorce is guarranteed. In fact a good Sat in the 7th H can give a very stable, though a bit unromantic, marriage. Sat is digbali in 7th.

However if Sat is with Rahu or Ketu, or if Sat in 7th is aspected by Mars, then some trouble is guarranteed is marriage. How much trouble will depend on the level of affliction.

Your Saturn is not a problem here. Sa is well-placed and is not aspected by any malefics. It is also in Chitra NK (though the NK lord is Mars).

Sa is a hard task master.. he will make you work hard towards alliances, contracts, etc. Sa in the sign of Mercury (esp. Kanya) can create anxiety and restlessness and create a "Not equal" syndrome. The partner may be someone who is conventional ,traditional, hard-working, and is involved in work and social responsibilities more over pleasure. Sa aspect on 7H can make the marriage lack-luster and will make the native work towards marriage. Sa in 7H requires self-discipline, control, and immense patience.

Since this is a female chart, 8H, Ve, and Ju (karaka for first husband) will play an important role. Here, 8H is pretty crowded with debilitated Sun, Mercury, and Ju. More than Shani I find the following elements more of a concern:
- 2L (lord of kutubh sukh) is debilitated in 6H
- Ju (karaka for first spouse and LL) is in 8H
- 7L is in 8H.
- 11H (house of gains for first marriage) is occupied by malefic Ketu.
- 11L is Sa and is well-placed.
In D9:
- Ra/Ke are placed on 2/8 axis.
- Sun occupies bhava 7... which is not a good position, give spouse an egoistic nature.
- 8L moon is debilitated.
- 7L, Mercury goes to house of loss.
- Ju is in dushtana.

7L Mercury (both in D1 and D9 suffers Kendraadhipati dosha.

Virgo is in Paapkatari till mid-June 2012 and may have increased pressures in matters related to 7H.

Current dasha of Ju-Sun followed by Ju-Moon. Current transit, Ju aspects Virgo.

Male chart is better. However, the current transit and dasha are of concern. He is a Virgo ascendant and currently Virgolites are facing troubles in all aspects of life. For him the blow may be severe as Virgo is his ascendant as well as moon sign. Not to mention he is also going through last phase of his Sade Satti and an inimical Ju-Sa dasha (2/12).

If there are troubles in married life, next couple of months will be tough... advise him not to take any major decisions till the end of Aug. Next couple of transits of Mars (his 8L and the most malefic planet for Virgos) are difficult for him.

I do not feel that the marriage will break, however the next couple of months are extremely challenging for both of you more for your husband.

Remedies:
- Both should wear 2.5 carat yellow sapphire in index finger of main hand.
- Daily Recital of Sunderkhand (read 7 chapters everyday).
- Daily recital of HC and Shiva-Parvati Stuti.
- If matters are extremely severe, recite Swayamvara Parvati Moola Mantra (51 to 108 times) and Soundariya Lahiri (verse 1) at least 11 times.

sir the navamsha details you said are not matching... i hope you have taken gorakhpur(uttar pradesh)..
As per my software.. the navamsha of female does not have the similarities mentioned by you..
