Dear Shilpa,

Many thanks for reading my chart.

My subject is economics and will submit my applications in Dec 2012 for fall 2013 entry.

I was looking at D-24 in JHora using the rectified BT 5.22am and noticed that 4th & 9th lord Venus is in Capricorn.

It is very likely that I have misread the planet placement in Jhora and I apologize in advance for it.
But if not, does the prediction remain unchanged?

I will definitely let know about the outcome of my application.

let's look at the D24.

-- I think we have to rectify the time by 3 minutes to 5:22am to match the know facts i.e that you are already a PG...

--that said and done.....4 and 9th lord is Venus in the house of 2nd Lord Jup.....hence your transtion and completion all the way to PG is smothtly indicated.

-- 7th Lord Sun is in the 2nd house.....and hence a PhD completion is indicated......and you should be able to get a confirmation of admission before the end of Sun anatara in Oct 2012.

I already answered elaborately....that there is a greate chance of him going into a job....in government or a big government styled organization and pretty much soon after graduation.

does not mean that he should not try for higher studies........if he wants to or you want him to.......let him make the best attempt.
and let him also look at what job options are likely to come in front of him.

there are more pointers towards taking a job then higher studies.

Rah-Mo period should take him overseas, before it finishes...... for a long term assignment abroad

D-24 does show some good promise but Rasi chart is not very supportive.

--the chart shows awkward/ uneasy in learning social skills in early years....but good formal education.
the 4th house in rasi is strong with lord Jup in Pisces....and the 9th house is storng with friendly Moon seated in Leo.

--9th Lord is conjunct with 10th Lord in 12th house...career overseas may be a strong possibility

--Siddhamasa confirms good learning abilities and graduation certainly+ one adtional post graduate deegree or diploma is very likely possibility.

--post PG studies are also supported...fields could be public administration / management/ law type specializations in the exisiting field of work.

-- Problems part of the chart is / will be the relationships / marriage part......from most other aspects the chart is a good one

Thanks Shilpa , very accurate. Relationship is an issue due to curse of spouse. Debiliated venus aspected by saturn and mars. PG degree has not yet materialized but there is a strong desire.

--Ket in the 4th house of rasi chart and in Rahu's Nk causes detachment towards education.

--However the 9th house is strong with Mars in Swakshetra and learning-karak Me seated in a neutral placement...does promise completion of higher eductaion.

let's look at the D24

--4th and 9th Lord is Mars well placed in Leo....ensuring smooth transition to graduation

--9th and 2nd Lords are in conjunction in the axendant indicating that even a psot graduation degree is achievable.


pray to ketu-Dev on Tuesdays....or worship ganpathi idol and chant ketu mantra...the restlessness relating to studies will reduce.

and don't worry you have a reasonably good chart for completion of eductaion.

Im a computer engineering graduate,,,but after graduation (2010) i decided to switch my carrier towards government / civil services but i didnt succeed in clearing the last stage of civil services exam ,,now im in a dilemma that to continue preparing for govt services or join an MBA program ...do u see any sign of diplomatic /govt services in my chart ???
Though i dont believe in adding academic degrees ,,im more interested in reading literature ,,philosophy ,,but last two yrs i have not been reading much ,,n feel like my mind is clouded with worthless trivialities ...

with the current BT...no it seems difficult to complete the Masters.
hwoever if we rectify the BT and move it back 38 seconds...then yes it should be possible to complete masters.
and looking at the rest of chart i do believe masters is possible

until Jan 2013, nodes are transitting over natal nodes in D1 as well as in D4 until Jan 2013......so it's likely to be a period where hurdles will come up in any major endevors
