I would request to please suggest, why are there no returns to the investment in property ( Flat and a Shop). since the time this properties are being purchased we have got no returns. We are interested to to rent it out, so that we would get some financial help. If we find a tenant, then no tenant has stayed for more than 2 to 3 months and again we have to spend 4 to 5 months vacant. In returns of rent amt we made an investment but all in vain. Would request some remedial measures for the same. will the we get profitable returns or will we be in loss, please advice.
