Hi,
Would someone be able to analyse my chart from the point of view of career? I have been very frustrated lately with my job, mainly because of growing responsibilities and very little reward or appreciation. I am always expected to take on difficult tasks, usually very challenging, and get little to no help from any co-workers. I know that I am just coming out of my Shani Sade Sati, so I think part of it is related with that. Will this change for the better, or am I just kidding myself? Should I consider pursuing a different career path?

Thank you for your quick reply! Are you using the Vimsottari Dasa to determine the major period and sub period? According to J Hora, I see that I am currently running under the Mars MD, Moon AD, and Saturn Pratyantar Dasa. Is it possible you are using a different type of Dasa to analyse this information? Also, sorry for my ignorance (I'm relatively new to astrology), but what do you mean when you say that Venus is placed in 4th with Ketu. Are you referring to my rasi chart (ie. my 4th house), or the current planetary positions relative to the astrological signs?
Regarding problems with home/married life this year, haven't had any major difficulties so far this year (doesn't mean I won't have any), only problem at the moment is that we've been trying to conceive with no success yet, so that has added some unneeded stress for both of us. My husband and I have gone through a lot of different issues, and worked through most of them after reaching a mutual understanding. But I will try to watch my words to reduce conflict with people around me. I think this is my biggest challenge in life
I will try to keep some patience with regard to my job. I am hoping that the coming Rahu MD will have positive influence for me. My current Mangal MD had mixed results, with a lot of difficulty added because of Shani Sade Sati. It had a negative impact on home and married life, and had only a slightly positive impact on my career after I put in a lot of extra effort, hard work, and sacrifices. I haven't seen a lot of the benefits of the extra work I put in - I think the only reward I got was more work and added frustration with my co-workers, which has been hard for me to manage with my domestic life.
Will things change for me in a positive way with the onset of my Rahu MD in August?

Thanks for correcting me. You are in the Mars Maha dasa and Moon sub period. The planet Mars rules your income and your initiative to start some thing of own.
There will be stress in profession for some more time. Continue your hard work. Improvement in profession is possible after 3 months.
You need to be EXTRA careful with Rahu. His beginning's are harmful for marriage and home.

OK, cool - as long as we're on the same page. What should I expect with Rahu Maha dasa? Will it be as painful as Shani Sade Sati? I have heard that it is intense, but I'm not sure what that means. Intense could be good or bad. I've been through quite a painful experience with my Sade Sati (and 18 years is a lot longer than 7.5 for intense bad). Had lots of misunderstandings with spouse and in-laws. A lot of personal exploration as well - trying to figure out what I wanted, where I was headed in life. Professionally, I was staying afloat. But on a personal level, I was drowning. One thing I have noticed over the years is how others go through life with such ease and few problems, and I have always had to work really hard to get to where I am - whether it was school, work or even children/family. Is there an astrological reason for this? At first, I thought maybe it's my perception. But the same is true for someone else who is close to me - they always have to work harder than their siblings to be recognized or appreciated.
