i have few questions regarding my lagna chart they are as follows:
1.if you count from moon i have jupiter in 4th moon is in 12th house.so it creates hamsa yog and mars in 10th from moon causing ruchak yog.
2.mercury is in 10th from lagna causing bhadra yog and venus is in 10th from lagna causing malavya yog.
my question is why these yogas are not fructifying even though counted frm moon and lagna.
pls reply.

There is neither Bhadra nor Hamsa Yoga. Even if it is there Mercury is 99.03% combust.

if mercury is combust what will happen.i want to add to it that mercury wins the planetary war and sun loses that war.
my chart is fullfilling the conditions of the above said yogas...........then why its is not giving the desired results.

You'be been misinformed. If a planet is combust then it's qualities are reduced but can be highly effective during MD or AD. For example, if someone has a bad 5th house, then his educational profile won't be that great but he can still do extraordinarily well in Mercury MD -only if for example Mercury is well placed anywhere in the chart.

thanks mr ellipsis i want to know about reterograde mercury and debillitated sun which is causing buddh-aaditya yog along with ruler of 5th house venus in 10th house which is libra and venus is present in 10th so my question is what will be my future of education and how wil this yoga fructify in future.

I don't see education being great in the future eventhough you may have sailed through university in Sun MD- because your 5th house has exalted sun in D24. However, there are no negative influences to your 5th house- the aspect of saturn in D1 can bring really amazing results to an otherwise weak house, traditionally venus and mars doesn't encourage studies so the aspect of saturn has done wonders.
Now let's look at Sun and Mercury. What you must understand is that Mercury is a highly fragile planet, very susceptible to other planetary influences.
Sun at 10.46°
Mer at 10.53°
Mercury is standing almost face to face with the Sun. It's like a minister standing to compete with the king. The minister has to be a right-hand man not a challenger, according to BV Raman the difference between sun and mercury should at least be 10° while some astrologers say it should be 8°. If this rule is not satisfied all kinds of challenges will be thrown in your way and you have to overcome that, success doesn't come easily -MM Singh has a combust mercury and his success didn't come easily at an early age- he had to struggle for many years.
