What is the correct time Zone for Sri Lanka

Hi,
Q1) I am from Sri Lanka, So what the correct time I should choose when creating chart with S/w ?
Is it Standard time? or Day light saving time? or LMT ? or Local Time? East of GMT ?
for JHora and other S/Ws.

Q2) As far as I know my lagnam is libra and saturn is in 1st house... But Jhora S/w shows saturn is in
2house..and shasha yoga as well. But it is impossible to show shasha maha yoga for libra lagnam when
saturn is in 2 house..I got it under 05.30 east of GMT. But if I change it as LMT, saturn is in 1 house.
Pls tel me which time I should select for JHora.

As Pic 1 of JHora shows saturn is in 2 House.. What is cusp? see below full picture..




As pic 2 shows Sasa yoga creates in 2 house for libra.. It is impossible if I am correct...see below

Maybe because it is towards the edge of Scorpio. I use Lahiri and KP Krishnamurthi ayanamsa. Astronomically Saturn is still in libra with 52° angular separation between Saturn and Moon
