I have a similar combo.

I have been advised Kali worship. Also to always behave respectfully towards women.

Saturn = Kali
Moon = female goddess, Parvathi

Greetings. I would not consider this a permanent sade sathi. It is obviously ideal for moon to be not associated with any malefic so that the person has peace of mind. With saturn moon conjunction, I would assume a sort of permanent pressure on moon thus making the person constantly anxious and worrying sort. BTW, I have the same combo and this is what I personally realized. Just my thoughts.

SA+MOON combo is also called punarvoo dosha said by repected K.N .RAO this thing can get reduced if you have a Guru drishti.

This combo can even get worse by its position .I am having moon form 11th house positioned in my 4th with Saturn of 6th lord.Currently going through moon MD.Not good ..no peace of mind and gains are nill.

Pt Sanjay Rath, while analysing the chart of Kanchi Sankaracharya -

"Above is the chart of His Holiness the Sankaracharya of Kanchi Kamakoti peetham. Capricorn rises with a powerful Saturn & Moon conjunction in the second house. This combination in the 4th, 10th & 11th house gives Rajyog and in the 1st/10th house in Cancer can give Maharaj yog. In other trines it produces Kali Yoga (i.e. the person has to face a lot of strife & hardship and by worshipping Maha Kali Rajyog results). In other house this can cause Pravrajya yoga. Saturn is not only the dispositor of the moon, it is also the strongest influence on the moon in the house of wealth. This is the pravrajya yoga that will make the native (Saturn is the Lagna lord: self) to renounce wealth and all possessions."

Dear Hari76,

What if this combination is in the 9th house of Gemini?
