Ours has been a rocky marriage from day 1 first we thought with kids coming in things will change but that has not been the case ,it got worse and worse, it got to point of separation last year around march april .
then this January she left on the 24 and after many meeting came back on the 15th feb both tried but on sunday the 11 march she said she is leaving for good and will not come back and not to have any type of contacts with her she has taken all her belonging sending a very clear message that there is no turning back. i love her but now i am also fed up of the constant fights. do my charts show second marriage. or i just have to live it up alone (she is not coming back)

Ours has been a rocky marriage from day 1 first we thought with kids coming in things will change but that has not been the case ,it got worse and worse, it got to point of separation last year around march april .

how long should i wait to proceed with any kind of legal action even the legal proceeding will ask for 6 months before divorce

What a mess. The 7th lord is in the lagna with Rahu just 1 Deg 0.5 away from each other. The 7th house is posited by two natural and notorious malefics. Ketu is in the nakshatra of Mrigashira. Thus all the 5 natural seperative planets gain contact with the 7th house { Marriage, spouse, relationships }. The Sun in the lagna might look all pretty and nice, being the 9th lord, and yet, he is also a seperative planet, conjunct with the 7th lord and aspecting the 7th house. That the Sun can be a 1st class seperative planet is clear when you see the wife left home in the antar dasha of the Sun.

Chandra is the 8th lord { breaking of partnerships, legal disputes, agony, suffering } and will deliver these effects brutally since the 8th lord is associated with the lagna lord and is in a war with him. Moreover, The chandra lagna is highly afflicted because he is in a battle with the 12th lord Guru aspecting the 7th house from the chandra Lagna.
Paramahansa Yogananda in the book "Autobiography of a Yogi" said,
My advice to you is this. just sit tight. do not go to instigate your wife in any manner. If she proceeds with legal action first, that is her Karma, not yours. But I strongly believe in free will as compared to fate.
