Dear astrologers. Please tell me the way to analize a chart of twins. The first one (Kerani)was born 45 seconds before her sister Keerthi. Their personalities are very different so I do not know how to analiza their charts.

DOB 7th august, 2010
TOB 8:19 p.m. and 8:19:45 p.m.
POB Bogotá,Colombia

Please explain me also about neecha bhanga raja yoga in this case.
