Please give some inputs on decideing muhurtham for seemantham. Also please tell if in emergency situation any rule can be compromised.
Spouse's Nakshatra - sravana
Lagna - Vrischika
We are planning to have the ceremony from April 17th or May1st adn this will be her 9th month. We couldn't plan this in early months of pregnancy because my spouse was with me in UK and we don't have any relatives here and we don't know how to organize such as event. Now that my spouse is with her parents in Bangalore, we thought we can plan this ceremony.
My in-laws have suggested 15th April 2012 [father-in-law like me is learning astrology and is senior to me
]. My mother being a teacher has exam duty and will be difficult for here to attend the ceremony on April 15th. By searching the web I have found out that shukla paksha chathurthi can be considered, so the following is what I'm planning to suggest:25th April 2012
Nakshatra: Rohini till 9:50 AM and then on Mrigasira
Tithi: Shukla - chaturthi
Yoga: sobana
Day: Wednesday
Lagna: Not yet decided (please suggest). online Panchangs indicate 9-10:30 AM. 9:15 to 10:30 is Astama lagna(8th Lagna) to my wife's lagna.
Please let me know if the above muhurtham is fine for seemantham. Please also indicate the rules for deciding muhurtham for seemantham, and in emergency if any rule can be compromised.
