Witchcraft/Black Magic

Dear Learned Members:

I want to draw the kind attention of the learned members to the fact that if the witchcraft/black magic (I really do not know if it exists) used against someone can prevent him/her from enjoying the yogas present in his/her horoscope and render the planets' incapable of producing the actual results as per their placements in the horoscope. I really think my fate has remained unchanged for long long years without experiencing major good changes in life. Can this (witchcraft/black magic) be found out by judging one's horoscope.
