I discussed your case with a friend of mine. The blocked tubes are of no concern, now that you have decided to go the I.V.F. route. What is of concern is the Endometriosis. My friend has taken it for granted that your case is a stage 4 since you have used the word "severe".
I am told the best I.V.F. facility in Bangalore has a success of 48 Pct, after How many tries, we dont know. Straight away, the chances that you will have a child is reduced to 48 pct. combine that with Endometriosis, which at best delays pregnency to an average of 6-8 years, your chances are further reduced since you are now 29 +.
Now lets come to the astrological part of it. All this is under the assumption that the T.O.B is absolutely correct.

But if the Moon occupies a different position, i.e. is in an (Upachayasthana, 3rd, 6th, 10th or 11th) and is aspected by a benefic male planet, the woman lovingly unites with a man.

Shukra and Kuja are both in the Nakshatra of Chandra. Chandra is in an M.B. degree and is also in a Fateful Trimsamsa degree. More over Chandra is the 8th lord. One unique attribute of Hasta Nakshatra is as follows,Body / From Mrityu Bhaga Center / Within the Trimsamsa (degree)

The same story follows in the D7. Kuja is again the 5th lord, in the 7th along with the 8th lord Chandra. Budha and Ketu, who participate in a War in D1, conjoin the 5th lord Kuja in the D7.
Looking at these adverse and serious afflictions to the planets and house lords responsible for children, the opinion is that having children looks like a uphill task. Since Kuja is the 5th lord, and is also the Karaka for the Endometrium,{The inner membrane of the uterus}, and Since Kuja is highly afflicted both in the D1 and D7, there is a very slim chance that the Uterus will host a favourable environment for the Fetus to develop during gestation. (Unless the endometriosis is treated first / which is normally done before I.V.F.is attempted). Even if it is treated, there is every chance that advanced endometriosis may increase the likelihood for an early pregnancy loss or spontaneous abortion.
Also, the chances are lowered considerably if you also suffer from endometriomas, in which case, the success rate will depend on how well you respond to the ovarian stimulation drugs.
Having said that, miracles do happen. So keep trying. There is every chance that Rahu AD can give children because Rahu will act like the lagna lord (since he is in the Lagna lord's Nakshatra)

test123, As per my understanding of your chart, Karka for children is Jupiter and Jupiter is in the Nk[ Nakshtra] of Rahu represents all the body structure in the shape of a snake and tubes are indicated by it. Rahu is in the Nk of Jupiter.The positive thing in your chart is 5L is aspecting the 5H though with Saturn showing the delay. Jupiter the Karka is also aspecting the 5H though in neecha sign in navmansha made it weak, also in M.B. In Saptamsha THE 5L Mars is again aspected by Jupiter giving me the hope but by an unconventional method because Rahu and Jupiter has Nk exchange. Good thing is Rahu is under the aspect of Jupiter, 9L Sun and 10L mercury. Presently you are under the Saturn- Rahu- Jupiter, till 27th May 2012. You should go for I.V.F in this period. Female details - 01.01.1982, 6:05 AM, Pune, India. Both tubes blocked. Severe endometriosis.
Male details - 19.02.1977, 07:30 AM, Pune, India. Sperms are normal.
IVF attempt in 2011 was unsuccessful.
Will we have children ? When ?
