this is about my Friend's failure in every love relationship and delay in marriage.
However your reply would have made his day! His families biggest problem right now is his wedding.

Plz avoid writing names in postings. Birth details are sufficient.
Debilitated Sat in 7H of D-9 is responsible for delay in marriage.
Time period between May 3-17 is gud for his marriage.
Analysis:
1. 7L Sun in 6H on Rahu Ketu axis is not gud indicator for marriage.
2. LL Sat in 8H is again not very desirable.
3. LL Sat debilitated represents his karmic debts towards lower class people. Placement of debilitated Sat in 7H indicates debts related to female of lower class.
4. Vargottam Ven is powerful and hence guarantee marriage.
5. From Moon chart, 7L Sat is placed in 3-11 axis with LL Moon, a gud placement.
6. From Karakamansha Lagna Capricorn, 7L Moon is placed in 7H and it has 3-11 placement with LL Sat. But 7H contain 8L Sun, 6L Mer and Rahu, this is not gud. Since KL represents the actual karma of soul, such adverse placements here indicates his karmic debts related to opposite sex or the curse related to marital matters.
7. From Upapada lagna, LL Ven & 7L Mars are placed in 3-11 relationship. Mars in 2H from UL is not gud but no planets in 2H/7H/8H from Ul is gud.
8. Fro Arudh lagna Aries, 7L is in 5H (combination for love marriage) & LL Mars & 7L Ven are in 3-11 placement, gud placement.
9. In D-9, LL Ven & 7L Mars are in mutual aspect. Lagna & LL Ven are aspected by Jup, which is very gud. However, placement of debilitated Sat in 7H is main culprit. Jup here is also 6L.
In majority of indications, placement of 3-11 is repeating which signifies a gainful association. Marriage, though delayed, but is there for sure.
Present dasha: Ven-Jup
Ven in 7H of D-1 & as LL of D-9 will give marriage for sure.
Jup is placed in 7H of D-9.
Double transit: Sat from Libra is aspecting 7L Sun. Jup from Aries is aspecting 7H as well as karaka Ven.
Marriage is around.
Current PD is of Mer who's placed with 7L Sun and is in association with LL/7L of D-9. Very potent to give marriage. Next PD lord Ketu is also in mutual aspect with 7L Sun. Likewise the next PD lord Ven is also promising. Though the next PD of Sun & Moon are also promising but after May Jup wil move to Taurus & its connection to 7H will be lost. Though things materialises even then too, but i hope he shd get results before May 2012.

THANKS A LOT for your reply sir, it mean some chances for love marriage but some issue like (misunderstanding, fight) so love marriage is not suitable for him. Venus is bad placed in Leo and Rahu is in 7H from Moon that is major hurdles.Mars is in 12H from Moon, and ketu is in 7H(Capricorn LL Saturn) from Moon is also create delay in marriage. Venus in Leo will keep him busy with girls but mars will break every relationship one after one. LL Saturn conjunction Jupiter make him kind heart..
so analysis says love marriage will not successful for him and he should go for arrange marriage .
please do correct me if some is going wrong

as we discussed about him earlier you said he should get positive result before may 2012. but its almost mid- june and there is not a single sign of engagement or relationship. and i really appreciate the way you described the all planetary aspects. if possible Please put some light on qualities of spouse and relationship with spouse.

I've made some mistake in dasha period (I rechecked analysis is correct, only timing of Pratyantra dasha is mistaken).
His PD as of now is Ven, which can give marriage. Next PD (from July 15-Sept 2) is of 7L Sun, again very potent to give marriage. Finetuning further Sun wil come in leo on Aug 17. So from Aug 17-Sept 2 seems to be a gud time for marriage.
