--yes there is a strong chance of going abroad.
--you started Me MD in Jun 2011 and Me-Me runs until Nov 2013
--Me rules the 9th and the 12th house is the education-karak and is in the 11th house of wishfullfilment, under the drishti of Rahu.
--you can go abroad antyime between now and Nov 2013....and once the foreign Yoga is invoked you are likely to stay overseas.
--11th House, sun and Ketu are string in your natal chart. study related to research / statistics/ analytical work will be good for you.
--the power of your wishes, surya dev and 11th house will in due course take you quite high in life.

Sun is in Leo...own house..hence string and Ketu strong throuhg conjunction with a strong planet...Nk placement is important but secondary in such a case.

It seems i am annoying you to no end by asking to read my chart multiple times thought this is my first post in this thread.My problem is am facing repeated failures on my end to succeed in my PG (Engg) for almost 2 years

I have all the placements in line as told by you but still the road is patchy and bumpy.... .I am determined to do it again but there is so much pressure coming from my parents and relatives and it is not helping me.Can you tell me whether this period is favorable to do so? I am trying to get into top college but failures are stopping me. Your reply would be helpful.

Question: She tries so much every time but at every critical time I have found she is falling short of somewhere and not achieving the grades either she wanted or she is supposed to. She is moving to
upper grade and school this year but again, after an year of so much hard work she received just 3-4 marks short of the admission criteria, it's frustrating for her and parents too.

Do you see any reason behind this? Or can we assume she will continue doing so even in future at every exam? I mean giving 100% but achieving 50%

it is too early to read too much about the future based on academic results so far.
Not all exams/ curriculums are designed to get the best talents out of young children in Indian system in particular.

--I see her 4th and 9th lord is Mars and in Swakshetra....denoting early and higher educaton......she will eventually do well.

--and she is running Mars antara now, so you will see her evolve her personality in the coming months.


--Moon debilitated in the3rd house of Navamsa, makes her worrisome and socially introverted.

i don't think there is much to worry...let her pray on Mondays at the shiva temple, offer milk and if she can start partial fasting on Mondays.
In due course the strength of 4th and 9th house and Mangal will show it's positive colors.

thanks for your very detailed queries
here are my thouhgts:

--4th and 9th Lords are conjunct in Rasi and also in siddhamsa....transtion to and completion of graduation with specialization will be without any problems.

--shani rules the 4th house, aspects the 6th house of services, 10th house of profession....and 6th lord is exalted in the 10th......sun aspecting the 10th. 6th Lord is exalted in the 10th !!!

--shani is strong in swakshetra and in an amsabala of 5 in dasavarga...shani is transitting over the ascendant, aspecting the 10th house in transit.

--Rahu is conjunct with strong shani magnifying shani's affects....and acting like a positive shani...and Ketu conjuncts with exalted Jup, acting like Jup. Jup i also super strong with an amsabala of 5.

--very strong indications of a government job......it could also be a job in a government styled structured BIG compnay also.....and he will do well and rise in that profession.

The current dasa-antara, transits and the natal chart placements all point towards a job fairly soon....and rise in that line/ profession.

--4th and 9th Lord are together in the 12th house......assures success in higher eductaion in a foreign land......and subsequently residence in a foreign land....says the Rasi chart.

let's look at the D24.

-- I think we have to rectify the time by 3 minutes to 5:22am to match the know facts i.e that you are already a PG...

--that said and done.....4 and 9th lord is Venus in the house of 2nd Lord Jup.....hence your transtion and completion all the way to PG is smothtly indicated.

-- 7th Lord Sun is in the 2nd house.....and hence a PhD completion is indicated......and you should be able to get a confirmation of admission before the end of Sun anatara in Oct 2012.

Are you subjects related to public administration/ law or the adminstration side of science?

The chart is good for academic success and growth in the academic field....please let me know if you do start the doctoral program

And you are running Rahu AD.....so yes there is a strong chance of going and living abroad anytime bfore Jul 2013
