This guy recently broke up with a girl (it was only a 2 month relationship - he met her on Dec 16 2011 - but he said he was very much into it and loved her a lot) due to her family opposition and she married someone else. The same situation had also happened with him previously few years back but that was a longer and more serious relationship. He is heartbroken now and wants to know when he will get married and if his luck in these matters will improve. I tried to see the chart myself but I am not sure if he would get married before 2013-2014. Below are his details:

Mars is debilitated and barely outside of the Rahu-Ketu axis, while the other planets have been entrenched in the grasp. Ketu in 7th is not the best indicator of marriage, and can cause disruptions on its own accord. UL-AL (in lagna kundali) are 3-11 axis to each other which is not all that bad, and rather are in 1-7 axis to each other in navamsha. Moon is in 2-12 to Saturn, 7th lord, this is also not very conducive. Moreover, in navamsha, 1st lord is in 6th-8th relationship with 7th lord.
Rahu antardasha in Mars Mahadasha is coming likely Feb 2013 to Mar 2014. This may possibly bring another sudden change of events, possibly involving love life. Jupiter or Saturn antardasha may possibly solidify that change into marriage.
On a separate but not wholly different note, his lagnesh is weak with Sun close by in addition to lagna having Rahu in it. Has he tried Pearl?

navgraha ji, thanks for your reply. I'm little confused though because when I put his information into JHora it shows him having Sagittarius lagna and Mars + Rahu are together in 8th house with no planets in 7th. Kindly verify if this is correct or if you are using a different chart/system. Thanks!

The 7th lord, Mercury is in on margin. It may be this in addition to Saturn conjunct with Mercury, causing delays. Strengthening of Mercury is likely required.
Interestingly, Mars and Rahu are conjunct in Lagna Kundali and Navamsa.

Yes, cancer lagna is correct.. it was my mistake. I had the location information wrong. Based on your first post.. I am not sure if he wears a pearl or not. If it would be helpful then I will recommend to him. This chart makes more sense as far as the issues he is encountering. Thanks for your advice!
@Navgraha, I'm just a learner, but I think you considered the 3rd Ul for your analysis. Can you please explain why the 2nd relationship should also be considered as showing up as an UL? I thought that only serious relationships which lasted for about a year would show up as UL, not short ones. whitelily, I was also not sure if we should consider this 2nd relationship as UL because it was so short. But then he said he was very serious about marriage with this girl and did so much for her. So i'm not really sure if it would show up or not... actually even the 3rd UL seemed to have limited longevity because planetary lords were weak.. but maybe I am overlooking something.
hi psha85, if the details of the girl are known, perhaps for a senior member it is possible to find out whether or not the girl is showing show up as his Ul? In general, will very strong, perhaps, one sided affections also show up as a native's Ul or does the element of reciprocity have to be there?
That's a very good question and one which I was also wondering recently.. even if one person is very serious about another for few years even, would that show up as a UL or does it only show up if BOTH people are involved in an actual relationship? I have not been able to find the answer to this yet though I have been wondering it in reference to this person's chart as well as my own. Unfortunately, I do not have the girl's info and now she is married so i don't think so he is even in touch with her anymore. I guess one way to narrow it down is to see the 2nd, 7th and 12th from UL to determine who was against the marriage, what were the obstacles, and how it ended. I know her family was very much against and so she ultimately went with their choice and married someone else.
In my humble opinion, over the years I have seen such charts, A7 plays a role for relationships before marriage. If A7 is weak relative to UL, it may be that native goes right into marriage. If A7 is strong relative to UL, native may have liaisons and relationships before marriage. Not a hard and fast rule, but something I have seen over the years. If A7 is in 6/8 or 2/12 relationship with UL or its own lord, there may be possibility or more one-sided 'relationships', where native may put much in, but other party involved is not very interested. Again, not a hard and fast rule. Just what I have seen.
