I have had fairly steady growth since i started. However, since 2008/09 stagnation started and I have been very unhappy since last 2-3 years.
Shall be grateful for your help.

Time till feb'13 is bad. Need to be patience till that and don't get into argument with other people including relations. Between mid-may'12 and jul'12, you will get an opportunity in job.
