Is it true, if mercury exalted in navmansha, person's decision power is very strong and never budge from their decision?
Vice versa, if mercury debilitated in navmansha, person's decision power is dithered. He becomes fickled minded.?
I want to know what about retrogade mercury in above both case? Because retro is already strong. So if debilitate retro mercury in navmansha can consider person is firm minded??

Yes, a debilitated retro Mercury can make a person pretty firm but it depends whether that intellectual capability is harnessed properly or not.

7th lord Ma in own house but 8th from 7th house .Also with Ra-Ke axis .Both Ma and Ke in Anuradha nakshatra whose lord is Sa exalted, owner of 4th and 5th house and aspecting 7th house .But Sa and Ma is bad combination .
UL lord also placed in 8th from it in inimical sign .
Should I give importance to the nakshatra of Ma and Ke ?
According to shilpa ji's post "Cancellation of maleficity" any planet in own house or exaltation does not do harm but from my experience Ju-Ke dasa so far has proved very very bad for me , failure in relationship , unsuccessful in exams and interviews , no job , problems at home .Even after Sa transit in my lagna , not much change .

Ramanan ji, can you please see the below navamsa chart and let me know how will married life be for him? In rashi chart the 7th lord Mars is combust so I am not sure if there is anything in navamsa which will help that or lessen/worsen the effects.

Dear Psha 85,
The present period does not look great for marriage.If he is not yet married ask him to wait .If he is already married, then he needs to put in some efforts to make it a harmonious relationship. If he is a HINDU , then please ask him to chant ganesh mantra.

That is good.The next sub period is of badhakesh sun and he is conjunct the seventh lord combusting it.If possible he can wait even till jupiter/moon is over as they are placed 2/12 in rasi chart.Mars , being the 7th lord combust in rasi is also afflicted by the nodal axis in navamsa and hence prayers to ganesha to propitiate ketu was suggested.His upapada is good and so also the second to it which can sustain marriage very easily.So nothing much to worry except that he needs to put in a bit of effort to keep things moving as the lagna/seven axis is afflicted in both rasi and navamsa...

I find my Navamsa very interesting with each & every planet in Navamsa either exalted or in own house or in Friend's House. Sat is exalted,Ve in Moolatrikona & Swagriha, Su, Ma, Ju[All in Friend's House], Moon is exalted & Mercury in own house.

If you desperately want to marry that girl, then please dont worry about the other factors.Go ahead and get married.
If you beleive in poojas then please perform a ganapathi homa before marriage and also pray to lord ganesha on a daily basis.
Ask her to pray to lord krishna daily.
This can ward off many troubles.

The dasha is of jupiter and he is exalted and so his sign dispositor in the 4th aspecting the 10th house of career.The tenth house is extremely well aspected by the yk venus and 10th lord mars.So it is no wonder that you have a great career.
Regarding marriage, you are likely to get married after may this year and before march 2013.
If possible please visit thingalur, a chandra kshetra and perform an abhisheka to lord MOON ON A SHUKLA PAKSHA MONDAY.After that daily in the evenings try and chant tripurasundari ashtakam after lighting a diya.
Your confusion will vanish.

i didnt understand the meaning of this post of urs sir , kindly clarify
in this post , r u saying to marry her despite serious incompatibility in their charts as theirs is love ?? i vaguely remember that some scripture prasna marga i guess , saying if there is love between the boy and girl , they can go ahead and live happily despite absolute contraindications for their marriage with regards to horoscope ..... is this correct sir ? , is this the reason u adviced Discover_9 so ?

as far as my understanding goes it will get cancelled .. but i read somewhere in net , that this condition of kuja in 8 in both charts is an exception ..... so instead of cancelling , they will be compounded/worsened it seems ? how far is it true ?
