In your Navansha Jupiter is the best placed. Venus in both Navansha and Lagna is placed in inimical house and therefore, despite being in 10th will not be able to give full effect. Besides, Jupiter and Moon are with Rahu. That's why you have to recite Vishnu Sahasranama and Shrisuktam (for Jupiter, Moon and Venus) and wear white sapphire and/or diamond for Venus.

Venus is the primary signifier of business of any kind and without its strong effect you'll face problems in business. Jupiter gives success and wealth. So, these planets have to be strengthened. The placement of Venus is good, but Cancer is not a good sign for Venus.

Similarly, Mercury is with Sun in its own house, but it is in the transition zone ie, it is moving towards Cancer and after 29 degrees a planet loses most of its power. Thanks Saindhavi for the reply. I would definitely start reciting Vishnu Sahasranama and Shrisuktam. I believe you suggested Hanuman chalisa for Saturn. I know reciting oneself is better, but would you recommend listening to them as next best thing?

I am wearing a small Emerald (2 Ct) ring in my smallest finger. Could you suggest the Ct sizes of diamond and emerald and the metal/finger to wear it in.

I am putting my effort to get the deal close in on property, God willing something +ve should come around.

BTW, in my Dasamsa ( D10) chart, Rahu is in 10th house. Most of my job experience has been IT/Software technology heavy, last few years have been technology management role. I am trying to move into more management/consulting role, is it a good idea?

No, Rahu is not malefic in your Lagna chart and its Mahadasha will b benefic i financial matters for you. But the malefic plactements of Rahu in Gochar (transit) will still create problems. So, you need to do the remedies suggested.

If after listening for some weeks you don't see any change in your life, then recite yourself. But you should take bath, wear clean clothes and sit in a clean environment while reciting yourself. In my software, I'm getting Libra Ascendant. Virgo Saturn in Lagna should have been good for you except when combust or retrograde, if you have Virgo Ascendant. But if we take your Ascendant as Libra, then Virgo Saturn in your 12th house should be bad for your financial and family situations. Hence, I think you have Libra Ascendant, not Virgo.

With Libra Ascendant, Saturn is very benefic in your Lagna chart. Its transit into your Libra Ascendant will be very benefic for your overall growth, though people you relate to may cause problems. Jupiter Mahadasha will take you abroad or away from home in India itself.

Everyone (except perhaps professional astrologers) would like to get their chart examined, and I am no different. Moreover while studying my chart I am getting a lot of doubts. Would really appreciate if you could check my chart and clarify my doubts below..

I have Sagittarius ascendant, with lagna lord weakly placed in 6th house. Would Saturn be considered a malefic or benefic for Sagittarius?
I think my moon is stronger than my lagna lord. Moon is shining and placed 6th from Sun. She is getting aspect from both Jupiter and Saturn. So would looking at the chart with Moon as Ascendant would give a clearer picture than looking at it from the lagna?
I am presently in lagna lord Jupiter's dasha. Despite having 3 planets in 10th and the 10th lord exalted, I was out of work for most of my Venus Antardasha. Got a job at the end of Venus AD but now, as I passed through 9 months of benefic Sun AD, I lost that job too. I have been searching for a new job for the past 4 months and even a lesser paying job in my field of expertise and a lower position, but "over-experience has been my bane!"
I don't exactly prefer supervisory roles but over the past several years I am getting only such roles in my career, with the result that I have underperformed and have been working in short lived jobs..
Am wondering what prevents me from getting "that one job" which need not pay me much but would provide just enough for my needs and also some modicum of job satisfaction?
