Dear Learned Astrologers,
I would be grateful if you could shed some light on my cousins horoscope.
He was born on 24th May 1979 in Bellary
time of birth somewhere between 6.20 - 7.30 am, nobody is sure as family cant remember.
He is the only son, born through C.Section
He has completed his Engineering Degree in 2002 -03, even went to UK between 2005 and 2006 to do Masters but ended with a Diploma Degree.
He has done nmerous courses, but doesn't seem to get a job. Even my own uncle who owns a software firm couldn't give him a job in his own company, strange but true, the department he was meant to join started having problems and people got laid off !
Father was an electrical Engineer, died in 2008 Nov 10th . He was a diabetic poorly controlled and also had kidney and cardiac and lung complications and died of pulmonary oedema.
Your valuable opinions and advices are really appreciated.

Dear Ved,
I worked out a tentative birth time based on the death of his father. Time is currently under observation for confirmation in future.
During 3rd week of June onwards there will be chances of landing a interview call and job.
