Is there any change in life indicating? Since 2012 life is very bad. Also I quit my job.

The decision to quit is bad. Saturn's antar had been ON for a while and it
had influenced you to quit. Transit of mars aspecting natal venus placed in
tenth could have forced you. Leave all these things. Did you plan for the
next job when you quit ? ...

The best you can do is to put the past behind and try for job..

I have not planned anything. My condition was so bad that I quit. My Saturn ad has not started yet. I was suffering from liver and anxiety issue quite sometime. It is so horrible that I had to quit.

I am using a different ayanamsa and hence the antar running right now is that
of saturn. It started during the first week of jan-2018.
