This native is running Saturn-venus dasha now and will start Saturn-Sun during the crucial period of passing out of 12th standard in 2019 Jun.

Although the chart looks OK with 1, 2,4,5,9 lords in conjunction in 9th house with a parivartana between lagna lord and yogakaraka 9th lord,saturn, will this native excel in studies and will he be able to clear exams for getting a seat in higher technical institutes of learning?

Thanks for your feedback JoyD. One aspect i wanted to understand for academic purposes, is the retrograde and vargottama Saturn and the characteristics of Venus in this chart.

Does retrograde Vargottama Saturn means that yogakkara will be successful during his dasha or will it be applicable at a later point in life,since Saturn gives benefits in old age...

Is Venus too burnt in this case because of proximity to sun and will this delay the yogas being the lagna lord in parivartana?

venus is in front degrees from the sun.so she will not cause any delays of his significations.Due to mutual exchange of saturn and venus,saturn gives a spouse elder than him.Being placed in 9th lords asterism ,saturn gives timely results and not in later part of the life.venus in 9th is also a blessing.4th lord ,5th lord,lagna lord in trines with lagna is a triple blessing and it is a very powerful blessing to native.such kind of blessings are rare and they will nullify the all delays and doshas of a chart .Lagna is 9th from 5th is also a boon to this native.Normally a retro saturn has to give delays but in this chart case such delays are vanished by strong blessings.saturn das will be double fine.Parivarthanai are secondary angle. saturn -sun gives technical education.

Typo error in my above reply-read it as saturn placed in 3rd lords[parakrama] and not not in 9th lords asterism.planet in 3rd lords chara gives quick results too.such saturn gives a minor ill health problem to father side elders.one more point i like to mention is-4th lord sun in shubha kartari yoga.All good dasas are in sequence.so nothing to worry much .
