ketu dasa to venus dasa transition

hello all, am going through Ketu/Jupiter dasa (details: dec 3, '74; 4:45am, hyderabad) . Am about 5 years into the 7 year period. Ketu had significant changes. During the dasa, got married and wound up relocating internationally about 2.5 years ago for my job. My international benefits are going to end in July and have started a job search. I have read that Ketu dasa brings things and then takes them away at the end of the dasa. Is this the case for everyone and also in my case?
