Birth of sibling Issues

Hi,

I have a native's horoscope details as below. native's younger sibling was born on 23 nov 1985 in sat/venus/jupiter dasha.

details of horoscope: 15 june 1981, 16.55 Indore, India

Now,
sat - 3rd lord ... fits the logic
venus - ? not connected to 3rd anyway... ???
jupiter - connected to 3rd house and its lord. .... fits the logic.

I am not sure how is venus coming into play so prominently. Even in drekkna it is not related to 3rd house or its lord.

secondly .... why dasha not as sat/jupiter / venus why jupiter is PD not AD.

I am verfying old details hence its easy. But I was to predict, I would be lost as both sat/jupiter /venus and sat/jup/ rahu would be correct.

How to get to corect conclusion while predicting? Is it any trick or formula/ method i am missing or is it a pure intuition to follow

hI, BIRTH CHART shows that lagna is in in early degree of scorpio. So time rectification is needed. It could be libra lagna too if we move back in 5 minutes.

No the ascendent is early degree of scorpio ... vishakha nakshatra....for 15 june 1981 16.55pm indore india.
