Dasha of planet in pushkaramsa and mrityu bhaga?

Just wondering the effects of the dasha of a planet when it's in both mrityu bhaga degree, and Pushkar amsa.

That is the chart where on jhora, it shows Saturn is in both of those...
yet during saturn dasha this person had an unbelievably good rise in life.


However mostly, I'm not asking about this chart particular (just posted as the example),
I'm wondering the general effects of such a placement in both the positive Pushkaramsa, and negative Mrityu bhagya...

I have a friend who is entering such a dasha in 4 years from now..

I am curious to know the answer about this question. Ketu MD about to start and he is in pushkaramsa but in Mrityu bhaga and within trimsamsa degree. There's mars in the the second house leo in magha.
Kindly enlighten. I am daily praying every minute of my life.
