Moon is your badhak and rahu is placed in badhaka shetra. Moon is associating with dhanakaraka jupiter . You may have to avoid any kind of speculation.

Paresh, in the first case itself i am surprised that you got divorced. Chart does not indicate any such incident. So it is difficult for me to predict the second marriage.

It looks like some time correction is needed in this chart - if the time is preceded to about 16-17 minutes, the Libra lagna appears with 12th Saturn casting malefic aspect on 2nd house. This may cause divorce.

Of course his Lagna has to be ascertained in this, to see if it matches with Scorpio or with Libra.

Besides, the first wife's chart will also count in calculation of divorce in Dec 2011.

Since you have the details, you can see which of the two possibilities is more plausible.
