You get some excellent yogas in ur horoscope.
LL Jup aspects Lagna. 5L Mars & 9L Sun are conjunct in 7H (foreign) and both aspect Lagna.
However your 5th house (Also Arudh lagna as well as Karkamansha) contain debilitated Sat which represents ur karmic debts from previous life. Sat represents lower class & its debilitation asks for proper propitiation.
Incidently you have current dasha of Sat.
So you must do following things:
a) Donate black clothes (particularly rough clothes like blankets, qulit etc) to the needy people on Saturdays.
b) Donate blood moonga or mixed grains to needy people
c) You can also contribute to people suffering from leprosy
Married life analysis:
7th house contain Sun, Mer, Ven & Mars. Late MS Mehta (author of Analysing horoscopes through modern techniques) was of the opinion "Whenever Sun & Mer are there in 7th house, it leads to separation; even if they're in their exaltation)" Here Mer is 7th lord but it is conjunct with two malefics Sun & Mars. Presence of 6th lord Ven further aggrieved the situation. Ven is karaka for marriage and is combust.
There're some other indications: 5th lord Mars is present in 7th house (Was urs a love marriage?)
9th lord Sun is present in 7th house (Does ur spouse haisl from a well to do family?)
From Moon chart, 7th house contain debilitated Sat, again signifies problems in married life. Here again 7th lord Mars is in 9th house (Spouse from well to do family?)
Upapada lagna is Aquarius which is aspected by Jup (It'll try to save ur married life as far as possible). But 2nd lord from Upapada is debilitated Sat, which represents big turmoil in married life.
So overall there seems all bad omen related to ur married life.

Thansk for ur kind words but if u read ur first post again, you'll find that I've not predicted anything new. In fact you've mentioned everything. Our teacher Sh KN Rao says that one shd not give any details of his/her & let the astrologer find them out (particularly ur past about which you know 100%). But when a person is stressed he/she goes to an astrologer and ventilate all agony, then the astrologer says the same things in another words and the person believes astrologer is great. Actually these sort of astrologers are merely psychologists who either work on fear factor or give a future date so that a person can pass this time on some hope.
I'm a student of 2nd yr in astrology and can't boast of wonderful predictions. Many of my predictions have failed miserably and few hit the bull's eye. But Astrology is a pure & divine science, no doubt about it.

However from May 2012, PD lord Sun will take control who's 9L posited in 7H which represents help from ut luck. Since its placed in 10H of D-9 & D-10, we shd expect some gud results in terms of ur career.
