Vargottam in divisional charts

Hi,if I have moon in same sign in D-1and D-20,then is it vargottam for d-20?Can any give vedic base?

Me too but my moon is exalted in navamsa chart 4th house ..but with vargottma mars don't know what happens after marriage..🤣😂😂
