d-60 chart venus debiliated

I have capricon lagna(d-60)with saturn in 1st
Ketu in 4th in aries
Rahu in 10th in libra
Jupiter in taurus in 5th
Mercury in cancer in 7th
Sun-venus in virgo in 9th
I want to ask about debiliated venus in 9th ...
I run into enimity with women always
(Lots of women enemies)..
What is your opinion???
