Hora chart (corrected time)

I wrote a previous post and I realized my time was incorrect in that post. This is the corrected time.

Can someone explain to me in layman terms what a hora chart is and how to study one? so far I have gathered there is a Sun hora and a Moon hora but the whole concept escapes me when I look at the chart. In my chart all planets are clustered in the 12th house and 1st house.
