Moon and ketu combination in d 60 lagna

In my shastyamsa chart D60 moon and ketu are in lagna.
After browsing I got to know that moon and ketu combination is bad.
So can you please tell remedial measures..
Date of birth: 10 Jan 1980
Place of birth : Tuni
Country : India
Time : 10:28 am

One more thing Is this combination is in Taurus and here moon is exalted
Moon and ketu both are in Sarpa amaa according to jagannatha hora software

you have to see the the HIGHER DIVISIONAL charts,provided If native birth time is correct up to the exact second.Then only you will get the actual results from D60.So first try to master the basic divisional charts.Don't directly jump in to the higher divisions without proper and basic understanding.

my birth time is correct , because few years back it was checked for correction. And was confirmed that birth time is correct. ( I didn't remember correctly, but they used my marriage date and my son's date of birth for correction).

My dob is 10th jan 1980

Karthik- ok pls read the below paragraph and confirm ,how many of them are true.This is for double check your birth time only.

If all these are matched with you,then your birth time is a correct one.why i am placing this questions are-your lagna shows one degree -19 minutes of Pisces[sandhi lagna].so i have my own doubts on your birth time.

Usually Moon and kethu combination gives you great perceptive powers. Even more if this is in the 8th house. I think you have this combination.

I am female
I am a vegetarian... ( for me non veg is onion and garlic), Even I won't eat egg. I used to eat cakes before my marriage.
I have big prominent nose..
I am yellowish, not white( if that's what bright is you can say me bright)
Fickle mind : My mind thinks a lot..So to control those thoughts I am doing mediation on and off.
But if I take any decision, I will do it very sincerely. If it is religious observation or studies or home related work. But if something happens ( for ex: quarrel etc) I think a lot..

Yes, I used to have snake dreams a lot in my childhood during my Rahu Mahadasha. Still, I will get on and off snakes in my dreams(rare comparative to childhood). After my marriage, whenever I got a dream related to snakes or other it's like spiritual insight or intuition. My mother escaped snake bites 2 times. First one before marriage. The second one after marriage, after I was born, before the birth of my elder brother(When she is pregnant). The second one she escaped and it was a miracle. It's a white snake (cobra). The snake didn't bite my mom. But she was unconscious due to fear. After that, she didn't get down out of bed for 1 month.
No demons in my dreams.

I have this in the first house of d-60 chart. Not the 8th house of the natal chart or d-60.

Dont use your nails or teeth for any kind of works.Always cut your nails[both hands and legs] periodically.This is the remedy for this combination.

I got my citizenship on 19th April 2018
