Neech-bhang of planet in D1 & D9

Hi,

Placement of venus in D1 and D9 charts is as under ;

D1 - Tula lagna, Venus in 12th house (virgo) is debiliated and 12th lord mercury is combust in 10th house
D9 - Mesh lagna, Venus in 12th house (pisces) is exalted

Does this mean there is a neech-bhang of venus and does venus give somewhat good results in later half of life?

DOB - 20/08/1973
TOB - 11:55 am
POB - Amalner, Maharashtra (21.05N, 75.05E)

Venus is strong in your chart due to exaltation in navmansha . Venus gives good results in 12H.

Also I seem to have 3 planets in the same house (not same sign) in D1 & D9. Is there any significance of this i.e., what does it indicate ?

Planets get neecha bhanga in D1 not D9 or any other D chart. You Ve is good, it looks weak externally but see through D9 lens, its exaltation in D9 confers it neecha bhanga. In the end it will give favourable results.
It gets neecha bhanga from Mercury both in lagna and Moon in D1.

Anuradha ji is spot on in saying that Ve gives good results in 12 th house, it is bhava vargottam.
Bhavavargottam planet may give intense results, good or bad.
In your case good.

You should not be worried about Venus.
Lagnesh in 12 th H will have some effects but as stated end results will be good.
In astrology nothing gets cancelled, everything gets blended.
