Does Parivathan yoga in navamsa strengthen both house including dusthann?

Does Parivathan yoga in navamsa strengthen both house including dusthann?

Hi Learned members,

I read from an article that parivathan yoga strengthen both houses in navamsa even if one of the house is dushthann (6/8/12) i.e., dainya parivathan yoga. Also after exchange my mercury gets exalted in virgo in 2nd house.

Any comments?
