D-24 Chart analysis is correct... ?

Post by religare231 » 29 Dec 2015

dear friends,

here is a sample D-24 Chart interpretation that i have done for my chart and i need your opinion if i am on the right track with the analysis.

as we know,

For bachelors education, we check for connection between 5th and 9th houses/lords
For masters education, we check for connection between 9th and 2nd houses/lords
For doctoral education, we check for connection between 2nd and 7th houses/lords

in the D-24 chart, these are the combinations that i found.

1. i have already done bachelors in engineering ( 5th lord in 9th house)
2. i am currently abroad for my masters ( 2nd lord in 9th house)
3. i plan to do my doctoral degree as well ( 7th lord aspects the 2nd house whose lord Mercury is in the 9th house), indicating the inclination towards
doctoral studies.

birth details

date. 05 November 1991
time. 14:52
place. Bangalore

i am attaching a screen shot of the D24 chart for reference

General comment:

With the increasing dependence/dominant focus on finer vargas (eg., V7 for progeny, V9 for spouse, V12 for parents, V20 for moksha (??)), one wonders if modern younger jyotishis have retired (or worse -- deep-sixed) the Kshetra varga, i.e., V1...?
