Does The Lagna Change in Bhava Chalit Chart ?

Does The Lagna Change in Bhava Chalit Chart ?

Respected Members,

I was of the opinion that the lagna of a Rasi Chart and Bhava Chalith Chart are the same . My Hora software is giving it a different lagna in few cases. In what cases does it change ? Greatly appreciate your views.
