Any particular rules to read D10?

Post by Hanish » 02 Jul 2015

Dear Experts,

I am just a beginer. May I please know the general basic and specific rules to read a D10 chart for career success like what caused delays and breaks what gives expansion. It would be great if experts can help me to analyse my D10 chart.

Hanish

Dear Hanish
I've observed following things for analyzing D-10:
1. Exalted planets of D-10 give gud results in their dasha.
2. Debi planets in D-10 often give break in career.
3. Planets placed in Lagna or 10H of D-10 (if not debi) give gud results for career.
4. Planets placed in 3H & 5H causes obstructions in profession.
God bless you

Dear Dr Neeraj,
What if the planet in 3H of D10 is exalted ?
3H planets will always give a break in career no matter if they are exalted I guess.
I have Sun in lagna of D10, true to your suggested method, I got my 1st major job just as Ravi mahadasha started. A break happened 2 years later, and I left the job during Sun-rahu-Mercury. Moving on, I got re employed soon after but now since Aug 2015, I'm on medical leave owing to neuro psychological problems and anxiety disorder which arose from devastatingly painful separations in personal life and family. It is also when I experienced death like circumstances and acquired financial crisis. All of it happening during Sun - Merc (md-ad) with maximum damage taking place in Venus pd.

Dear DhanuSimha
One of my teacher Sh VP Goel wrote a book on Divisional Charts (http://www.amazon.in/Comprehensive-Pred ... 8170821347) wherein he states that retirement happens in the dahsa of planets placed in 3H of D-10, so certainly its not a very conducive time for career.
But my observations are that planets placed in 3H of D-10 generally pose challenging situations as 3H is 6th from 10H.
Further in my opinion, Exalted planets in 3H of D-10 may give a challenging time but success over competitors.
God bless you
Neeraj

Thank you Sir :) that adds value to my learning.
I just know that I ll eventually over come all the career related issues posed by mercury in this case and not much worried.
Perhaps this sense of confidence about career is one of its blessings of being exalted in a difficult position.
Would you mind taking a look at this question too?
