Please help in rectifying D 10 chart

Respected Seniors and members,

I was born at Lucknow on 9 Apr 1979. My birth time as per the hospital card in 08;45 pm. Based on my interest as singing,photography,astrology, research prone , I found that my time could be 1 - 2 min. ahead to match my interest and abilities as shown by Gemini Navansh instead of Tauraus.
Later I tried to go further to rectify my D - 10 chart , but getting confused .
My small analysis on the same is mentioned below , kindly help to get it right. (I work in a real estate company , with a Sales Admin Profile , the Company is going through a very rough phase. )

As per 08:47 pm ,, D-10 lagna comes to Gemini, lord of which is in 6th house, indicating service. Rashi chart's 10th lord Moon being Amk in 10th house with Pk Rahu. Can this lead towards Politics ? But unless Sun is not very strong it won't ?
However Sat is in 7th house i.e. in Badhaka being Retro and having digbal. It can create trouble in its Bhukti. But can this show Business as being strong in digbal there ?
Arudhapad - AL, goes to 11th house having Guru in Mesha. Ve/Me aspecting.
AL-10 goes to 12th house having no planet being watched by exalted Mars and Sun.
Got Job in Jul 2003 , in Mars - Guru Dasa, in Real Estate Comp.
Being exalted Mars aspecting AL10,, I choose Real Estate ? (My work profile is coordination /communication w.r.t. Zone/Site/HO.)

As per 08:48pm

D-10 lagna comes to Cancer, lord of which is in 9th house, indicates ?. Rashi chart's 10th lord Moon being Amk in 9th house with Pk Rahu. Indications ?
7th house gets strong having exalted Mars there indicating business, which I am not doing.
Arudhapad - AL, goes to 5th house having Me in Vrishchika. Su/Ju/Exalted Mars aspecting.
AL-10 goes to 1st house having Sun being watched by Mercury.

Kindly suggest and guide me.
